I think more bodybuilders, weight lifters, etc should use a GoPro mini for recording their muscles, flexing, progress, recording their workouts etc!

How to Naturally Boost Your Testosterone, Adrenaline, and Manliness
The real way to hype yourself up:
- Intermittent fasting (no breakfast, no lunch … only one massive dinner a day).
- 100% carnivore diet; cholesterol as a natural steroid. Prioritize first organ meats (beef liver, beef heart, beef large intestines)
- For weightlifting, only one rep max attempts; prioritize your legs and ‘core’ (your thorax)

Is there any real good reason to have a laptop anymore?
Perhaps not. In some ways, going from my iPad Pro (smaller, normal size, 11 inch, M1 chip) to the new MacBook Air M2 chip seems like a step backwards.
The MacBook Air — albeit extremely light, substantively heavier than my iPad Pro.
Also– the keyboard. Do you really need a keyboard anymore? I think not. Voice dictation as the future.

THOUGHTS ON ROCK CLIMBING
Just had a fun introduction to rock climbing (SENDER ONE, highly recommended), and some thoughts:
- First and foremost, it is a very fun date night. For my birthday, Cindy gifted me a rock climbing experience as a gift– super fun.
- Secondly, it should not be considered ‘working out’– but just fun!
- Third, it isn’t my ‘calling’. It was a fun experience, but I far prefer lifting weights instead.

COSTCO BUSINESS CENTER GOPRO MINI POV POINT OF VIEW MEAT KIMCHI TOUR (BEEF RIB HEAVEN)
Anybody with a normal Costco membership can go to the Costco business center. I recommend getting the meaty beef ribs, only $2.99 a pound!
Also, get the kimchi there. The Jonga brand at the Costco business Center has no sugar added!

Flat Surfaces are Boring
The more jagged, random, and various the better.
Maybe we can also apply this to a life philosophy; flat lives, predictable boring lives are bad. The more random, unexpected, uncertain your life, the better.
-
REAL MEN WEAR PINK
Pink purple clay.
-
CONSIDER YOURSELF A NEW BREED, A NEW SPECIES.
This is why it is foolish to compare yourself or your kids with others.
-
Don’t Compare.
From a marketing perspective, it is a very bad idea to try to compare yourself to the competition.
Why? It lowers you and your product. For example, I really like the new Hyundai ELANTRA N, but there is really no need to compare it to the Volkswagen GTI, etc.

LA IS THE FUTURE?
Perhaps LA, Los Angeles is the future. Why? That is where all the pretty girls, the beautiful women, the beautiful humans are. Why? The center of Hollywood, stardom, media, entertainment.
Also, it seems that everyone prefers LA weather.
I am also starting to think that with tech and technology, we are at a bit of a standstill. Yet there is still much more innovation to be had in streaming services, media, entertainment, etc.

HOW TO TURBOCHARGE YOURSELF
Prioritize sleep. 8-12 hours a night.
During day, lots of espressos and time outdoors in the direct sun! Lots of walking.
Life of maximal movement, dynamism. This most time outside the house.
Also I have a theory that spending more time outside, in the direct sun, walking around is actually better for your digestion. And according to eastern thought, digestion IS health.

Thoughts on the new MacBook Air M2 chip
Testing out the new MacBook Air M2 chip; insanely good! Insanely buttery smooth, and also with the M2 chip, Apple photos works insanely well!
The screen isn’t as bright as my 13 inch MacBook Pro Touch Bar, however it seems fine.
The keyboard on it feels pretty good.
-
On Expansion
Don’t stay put; keep expanding.
-
Maximal Physical Play
Not just for kids but also adults? Not working out, but play!
Lifting weights should be seen more is playing than anything else.
-
Being indoors is bad for your health?
For supreme health, being outdoors, in the direct sun as much as humanly possible?
-
EXPANSION.
Don’t just stick within your narrow genre or niche; expand.
Life without expansion is a narrow, small and boring life.
-
THE VIRTUOUS LUST FOR MORE
To desire more is a virtue.

IS COLLEGE ‘WORTH IT’?
The question:
Is college (university) ‘worth it’?
Simple thoughts:
- First of all, NEVER go into debt for college/university. If you don’t have a free ride, or a 100% scholarship, it is not worth it.
-
GREATER DISTANCES?
Cleave greater distances between yourself and base folks?
Same with your kid — cleave LARGER and GREATER distances between them and other ‘basic’ kids/babies.
-
APPROACH THE WORLD LIKE A CHILD.
Approach the world from a child’s mind, a child’s approach.
-
BUILD YOUR OWN PLATFORM
Not social media, not Facebook, not instagram, not twitter, not YouTube. Your own website blog platform or web platform!
-
Not a life of leisure, but a life of productive scholarship, knowledge production and philosophy
Also innovation, art, entrepreneurship.
-
WHAT WOULD A REAL MAN DO?
And NOT do?
-
ONE SESSION, ONE LIFT.
My theory on weightlifting; just go to the gym every single day, and every day you go, just focus on one lift, and then leave. To spend too much time at the gym is not a productive use of time.
-
What is the point of lifting weights?
SELF COMBAT. Also, combat with gravity.
-
ONE HOUR.
If you only had one hour of free time a day, what would you do with that hour?
-
IT’S NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU’RE MISERABLE UNHAPPY
Also it is not my fault that you are unhappy!

What I Learned After Earning $250,000 USD in the Cryptocurrency Market
After earning $250,000 in the cryptocurrency market, this is what I learned:
Money doesn’t matter that much.
Why, why not? It is all fiat.
-
Amazon is insanely great
Anyone who criticizes or critiques Amazon I think, is misguided.
-

PERHAPS VIRTUE IS OVERRATED?
For example, we believe it to be virtuous to stay consistent to your own code of ethics. Perhaps this is overrated?
-
Devaluing the currency?
Losing faith in the US dollar — or not really caring for it anymore?
-
The best way to raise your kid is to spend maximal time with them outdoors
This doesn’t just mean the park or natural places, but also outdoor malls, or just taking them on adventures and errands.
Minimum time indoors or at home.
-
When to Push Yourself?
Only push yourself on things you truly care for.
-
How to become a billionaire?
Help a billion people?

Anti Others
I don’t have time or care to judge others, analyze their motives and behaviors, etc.
