How to Conquer Insomnia

Conquering insomnia is relatively straightforward. Some ideas and suggestions:

First and foremost, do a hard caffeine stop after 12 o’clock noon, afternoon midday. I know there is a lot of people who say that caffeine doesn’t affect them, I think it still does. This means that after 12 o’clock noon, or 11 AM, stop drinking coffee, caffeinated tea, energy drinks, etc.

Second, workout at least twice a day. During the day, go to the gym at least once, and lift insanely heavy lifts, one rep max style. HYPELIFTING.
