Don’t trust guys at the gym who use weight lifting belts, or knee wraps, or knee sleeves

Something I am on the fence about is guys who use wrist wraps, as it does seem like a good idea for deadlift, if you want to keep your hands in a neutral position, yet, it may prevent you from building your grip strength in the long run.
