Perhaps the point of life and existence is ever growing strength.
Thus the decision matrix:
Only do things or buy things which actually help contribute to your physical strength growth!
For example, sleep makes you stronger. Ideally 12 hours a night, after powerlifting.
Grass fed beef and ground beef makes you stronger. Or beef liver, beef heart, beef intestines. Meats and beef high in cholesterol as a natural steroid.
Coffee makes one stronger, but only in the morning and during the day.
Alcohol and weed weakens.
Then there are many things which don’t have any effect on our strength. These we are indifferent towards.
Even getting sick once in a while will make you stronger in the long run.
