NEVER STOP PRACTICING

The question is, are you in-practice or “out-of” practice?

The goal: always stay in practice.

Even with powerlifting at the gym: to me it is more about a practice. Sometimes you hit a new personal record, sometimes you don’t. But it does not matter. Think at the decade plus level. It just requires time, practice, focus, attempts, overcompensation, and lots of meat eating.
