When it comes to photography composition, try to take greater risks, and to attempt new compositions. Whether it be simplicity, layers, complexity, high key or low key photos. There is still much innovation left in black-and-white photography.
No boundaries and no genres
Only the simpleton thinks in terms of boundaries and genres. if we desire to become the uber photographer, we must photograph it all.
On thinking very long term
The question is, will your name and your photos endure at least 100 years from now, or 300 years from now? Will people still remember your name? Your impact, legacy, and influence?
The photographer as the uber artist
It is high time that we photographers no longer feel penis envy towards other artists who have come before us. For example, it is base for a photographer to think of himself lesser than painters, or other artists.
