What if the desire for us to travel were a vice, a bad thing?
What would the Ancient Greeks prefer?
If we read the Iliad or the Odyssey, the moral is simple:
We ancient Greeks prefer our own home the best.
The only reason we ‘travel’ is actually to conquer other places, and augment our own wealth.
So besides augmenting our own wealth, what is the purpose of traveling in a political sense?
The benefits of being rooted in one spot
For me, more gains. I have gained soooo much more muscle mass while in quarantine lifestyle than I did *PRE* covid.
Then the thought:
Let us consider… the grass is greener on OUR SIDE!
