HOW TO CONQUER SHYNESS

In modern society, being shy is a huge disadvantage. Becoming less shy comes through training. Real thoughts:

  1. Start powerlifting. More testosterone means more social confidence.
  2. Test your limits. Strike up small talk with all strangers who you meet, and see if you can use words or phrases which make you seem interesting to them.
  3. Don’t censor yourself. Say what’s on your mind without obeying political correctness.
  4. Start off by asking everyone you interact with, “How you doing?” And when they ask you, don’t give a fake response.
  5. Make eye contact with strangers and smile! Say hello. Ask strangers for their hand and shake their hand.
