When I talk about art, I consider it extremely loose and open. Art as anything which is superfluous in life, which brings us aesthetic joy and delight. Art as non-utilitarian.
Art gives me a reason to keep on living, exploring, and discovering.
I consider photography as art. Therefore, to study great photos from photographers I admire is to study art. And I’m interested in their artistic compositions. More photo studies of Robert Capa:
And of course, the great joy I get from making my own photos and artwork.

The insanely infinite variety of artwork
Artwork in street decay, artwork in food, artwork in color, artwork in poetry, artwork in body building, artwork in music.
Art in photography
Art in the simple. In the details. In the textures, vibes, mood, color tones (or monochrome tones). All photos are artwork!
Infinite photography and art
My desire to photograph EVERYTHING:
Never stop
Anything which gives you an artistic impulse or artistic power is good.
This pertains to great photos, cinema, illustrations, music, film, dance, theater, design, fashion, cars, anything!
Does art need a purpose?
I don’t think art requires a purpose or justification. To me, art is the ultimate luxury of life. Both the luxury to consume art, and to create art!
How consistent should artists be?
Nowadays I’m starting to think more and more:
Consistency, coherence, and rigidness is the death of the artist.
Moving forward, I’m going to take a Napoleon-like approach to art:
To subject all of my personal fancies in my approach to art — the ultimate licentiousness in art!

Uncharted territories in art
I believe having the physiological energy and power in order to make art is the most critical. The great artist with overabundant strength as having the physique and strength of a powerlifter, the insight of a philosopher sage, and the creative foolishness of a child.
