How I self-therapied myself back to maximal health, strength, and self-confidence

Personal reflections:

1. Disconnect

First step: get rid of your phone, disconnect, and become like a zen monk (for a certain period of time). No outside correspondence with anyone. Extreme self focus, recovery, and self-reflection.

2. Physiological strengthening

Getting easy access to a local gym. Lifting weights, working out at least once a day.

Combination of:

  1. Powerlifting (Deadlift, Squats, Dumbell press, chinups)
  2. Yoga: Body strengthening and mobility (not in a class, but by myself for around 15 minutes a day). Yoga to improve my flexibility to ultimately help me lift more in my power lifts.

3. Walking

Walking, your legs as the source of wisdom and insight.
