An idea I’ve been playing with for a while:

Perhaps when it comes to things in life– we should classify it as a toy or tool.

Creative tools to empower you

Creative tools which actually help empower me to create art-stuff:

  1. Laptop: MacBook Pro for writing (IA WRITER), blogging, processing/exporting photos (Apple Photos / Adobe Lightroom), and much more.
  2. Digital camera (RICOH GR II x RICOH GR III)
  3. iPad: Procreate to make sketches, calligraphy (Zen brush 2)
  4. iPhone: To write on-the-go, to also sketch (Procreate pocket, and Zen brush 2).

Our money is limited– perhaps we should only invest our money towards creative tools that can actually empower us to make stuff!

Don’t waste your money and time/brain-power on toys. Focus on tools.

The end-game is simple: make more art!
