perhaps the reason I like the idea of strength is that it’s kind of like self-directed, inner power and inner strength. Power is perhaps too nebulous of a concept, which also means like power over others and domineering?
so strength is more self-directed, and something you could control. Stoic. Power is external, more open to circumstance and chance?
