One rep max rack pull, sumo deadlift style
A new innovation.

Maximum power output
Perhaps my joy and my passion is one rep max lifting, because, it allows be an affords me opportunity to do a maximum power output, 100%.
Then perhaps the best approach and strategy to weightlifting is to set things up in such a way which afford you the opportunity to do a one rep max lift, to output your maximum power 100%, “safely“, without injuring yourself?
Also with cars; perhaps, cars are only interesting in terms of the maximum power output, which means, when you are stopped, 100% stopped, and you just put your pedal to the metal, 100%, to win this the maximum power output, power acceleration from 0 to 60? The maximum 100% torque output. Perhaps I should test out a Tesla model S plaid, in track mode.

MY NEW GYM CONCEPT
- Hot sauna, whether dry or wet. Also, insanely cold ice bath cold room.
- No initiation fee or bullshit hidden fees.
- Free for students who get straight A’s— or some sort of sponsorship scholarship for poor kids? A good way to keep kids of the streets.
- Pay month to month whenever — no freezing fees.
- No treadmills, no stair masters, no pulley or machines. Only barbells, power racks and free weights.
- No benches. If people want to bench press they can do a floor bench press instead.
- No music playing and no TV’s
- Coffee shop built into the gym? Free coffee on tap?
- Mini gym area for kids to hang out while their parents work out? Free child care.
- Co-working space with standing desks and lots of natural light.

One rep max lifting is the key?
One rep max lifting is the solution to things?

Drugs don’t address the real root cause of things.
For example, Xanax; taking a drug to address anxiety, maybe treating the real root cause of anxiety should be the strategy and goal. My personal thought is one rep max lifting at the gym can address many things!

Powerlifting Weight Lifting Plates
I didn’t know, but, it seems that all of these commercial gyms simply source their weightlifting equipment, the weight lifting plates from these Chinese corporations which cast iron them in mainland China, and then ship the weights to you via freight ship, it takes a long time but it is so cheap.

Sauna Meditation
I feel more peaceful, zen and meditative at the gym and in the sauna than at home by myself?
Sweat and sweating calms us down?

BIG BALLS
Not big “dickâ€.
The hilarity is a lot of bodybuilders on steroids have shrunken balls and testicles!
Downside of steroids— they make your balls small! Literally and metaphorically!

The Other Side

Don’t do unto others as you don’t want others to do to you.
Or, act in such a way that would benefit you on the other side.
Or don’t do things which would disadvantage you if you were on the other side.

Good and Bad Health
Every once in a while it is good to have shitty health, so you can actually appreciate your health when it is good!
-
Just assume others are autistic
Bad stoic strategies.
When others behave or interact in such a way that you don’t like, I think the best way to approach it is just assume that they are socially autistic. If somebody had autism, or Asperger’s, would you fault them for the way they acted or didn’t act? No.

Only buy new clothes if it is 1000x better
Maybe it is the same thing with everything; only upgrade it if it is at least 1000 times better!
Will the phone be at least 1000 times better? Will the new car be at least 1000 times better? Will the new type of home be at least 1000 times better?

Just buy the cheapest most luxury thing?
For example, if you want a Tesla, just buy the cheapest Tesla model 3, super super super base, everything base.
Or, just buying the cheapest base level Mercedes, no additional options.
Or with Apple, with the iPhone, just buy the cheapest most base level iPhone, for example the iPhone SE.
Or with standard cars, just buy the cheapest Lexus.

Dead “Lift†vs Rack “Pull
The weird thing is that the motion of a dead lift off the floor, and a rack pool off of the rack is technically the same motion. Then, why do we call it a rack pull, instead of a rack lift?

Just look at their legs
I think one of the best signals and signs of health and power is by the muscularity and the strength of someone’s legs. First, always look at the legs, whether it be their thighs and calves, and you could determine everything else.
Or in other words, every day is leg day.
