What truly motivates people? I cannot speak for women, but let me speak for men:
For men, I believe true motivators include the lust and desire to conquer, augment, to build, and also to destroy. I think men desire more power, both physiologically and metaphorically.
Pay and money are not true motivators
We are incentivized by greater challenges. The privilege of even more of a monster of a challenge!
