Current Context
MicroStrategy, known for its significant Bitcoin investments, currently holds about 499,096 BTC, valued at around $42.42 billion at a Bitcoin price of $85,000 (as of February 2025). Its stock price, around $254, and market capitalization of about $65.78 billion suggest the market values MSTR beyond just its Bitcoin holdings, possibly due to its business operations and debt of approximately $4.2 billion.
Potential Impact
If Bitcoin hits $200,000, MSTR’s Bitcoin holdings would be worth about $99.82 billion. Accounting for debt and the current premium over net Bitcoin value, research suggests MSTR’s stock could rise to approximately $598, based on historical multiples. However, this could vary if MSTR issues more shares to buy additional Bitcoin, potentially diluting the stock price.
Unexpected Detail
An interesting factor is MSTR’s “21/21 Plan,†aiming to raise $42 billion over three years for more Bitcoin, which could increase both holdings and shares outstanding, affecting the stock price differently than simple valuation models suggest.
Survey Note: Detailed Analysis of MSTR Stock Potential with Bitcoin at $200,000 in 2025
This analysis explores the potential impact on MicroStrategy Incorporated (MSTR) stock if Bitcoin (BTC) reaches $200,000 in 2025, considering current holdings, market dynamics, and future strategies. The company, rebranded as Strategy in early 2025, is a significant player in the Bitcoin space, holding substantial BTC as part of its treasury strategy. This note provides a comprehensive breakdown, including historical data, financial metrics, and projections, to offer a thorough understanding for investors and analysts.
Background and Current Holdings
As of late February 2025, MicroStrategy holds approximately 499,096 BTC, based on recent reports from financial tracking platforms like Bitcoin Treasuries. At a current Bitcoin price of around $85,000 (sourced from CoinMarketCap and Yahoo Finance), the value of these holdings is approximately $42.42 billion. This valuation is crucial, as MSTR’s stock price, trading at about $254 with a market capitalization of $65.78 billion (from Yahoo Finance), indicates a premium over the net value of its Bitcoin holdings.
The company’s debt, estimated at $4.2 billion from recent financial reports (CompaniesMarketCap), affects net asset valuation. The net value from Bitcoin holdings, after accounting for debt, is $42.42 billion – $4.2 billion = $38.22 billion, yet the market cap exceeds this, suggesting additional value from business operations or market sentiment.
Stock and Bitcoin Correlation
Historical data shows a strong correlation between MSTR’s stock price and Bitcoin’s price, with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.7 to 0.9 in recent analyses (CoinDesk and CCN.com). This relationship implies that as Bitcoin’s price rises, MSTR’s stock tends to follow, often with amplified gains due to leverage and market perception. For instance, in 2024, while Bitcoin rose by 120%, MSTR’s stock increased by over 320%, highlighting this leverage effect (Crypto.news).
Estimating Stock Price at Bitcoin $200,000
To estimate MSTR’s stock price if Bitcoin reaches $200,000, we consider two primary methods: a multiple-based approach and a per-share valuation adjusted for premiums.
Considerations for Future Changes
MSTR’s “21/21 Plan,†announced in late 2024, aims to raise $42 billion over three years (2025-2027) for additional Bitcoin purchases (Forbes). If, in 2025, they raise $10 billion, they could buy approximately 117,647 BTC at $85,000 each ($10 billion / $85,000 ≈ 117,647). This would increase holdings to 616,743 BTC. To raise $10 billion, issuing shares at $254 would require about 39.37 million new shares ($10 billion / $254 ≈ 39.37 million), bringing total shares to 298.37 million.
At $200,000 per BTC, the value of 616,743 BTC would be $123.35 billion. Assuming debt remains $4.2 billion, net value is $119.15 billion. If the additional value (currently $27.56 billion, calculated as $65.78 billion – $38.22 billion) stays constant, the market cap would be $119.15 billion + $27.56 billion = $146.71 billion, and the stock price would be $146.71 billion / 298.37 million ≈ $491.67. This suggests potential dilution effects from share issuance.
Financial Metrics and Business Operations
MSTR’s business operations, primarily in enterprise analytics software, generated $463.46 million in revenue in the last 12 months but reported losses of $1.17 billion, indicating negative earnings (StockAnalysis). This suggests the market’s premium may be speculative, driven by Bitcoin holdings rather than operational performance. The debt-to-equity ratio, at 1.12 as of September 2024 (MacroTrends), indicates financial leverage, which could amplify gains but also risks in a Bitcoin downturn.
Risks and Uncertainties
The estimate of $598 assumes no significant changes in shares or debt before Bitcoin hits $200,000. However, MSTR’s aggressive Bitcoin acquisition strategy could lead to increased leverage and share dilution, potentially lowering the stock price. Market sentiment, regulatory changes, and Bitcoin volatility also play roles. For instance, if Bitcoin’s rise to $200,000 is rapid, MSTR might not have time for significant additional purchases, supporting the $598 estimate. Conversely, prolonged increases could see more purchases, pushing the stock price toward $492, as calculated above.
Comparative Analysis
A table comparing key metrics at current and projected Bitcoin prices helps illustrate the potential:
Metric | Current (BTC $85,000) | Projected (BTC $200,000, No Additional Purchases) | Projected (BTC $200,000, With $10B Additional Purchase) |
Bitcoin Holdings (BTC) | 499,096 | 499,096 | 616,743 |
Value of Holdings (Billion) | $42.42 | $99.82 | $123.35 |
Debt (Billion) | $4.2 | $4.2 | $4.2 |
Net Value from BTC (Billion) | $38.22 | $95.62 | $119.15 |
Shares Outstanding (Million) | 259 | 259 | 298.37 |
Additional Value (Billion) | $27.56 | $27.56 (Assumed Constant) | $27.56 (Assumed Constant) |
Market Cap (Billion) | $65.78 | $123.18 | $146.71 |
Stock Price | $254 | ~$475.58 (Adjusted) | ~$491.67 |
Note: The “Additional Value†is derived from current market cap minus net Bitcoin value, assumed constant for simplicity, though this may vary with market conditions.
Conclusion
Given the strong correlation and historical multiples, if Bitcoin reaches $200,000 in 2025 without significant additional purchases, MSTR’s stock could reach approximately $598, based on current valuations. However, considering potential share issuances and additional Bitcoin acquisitions under the “21/21 Plan,†the stock price might range from $492 to $598, depending on the timing and scale of these actions. Investors should monitor MSTR’s capital-raising activities and Bitcoin market trends for more precise forecasts.

I will craft an inspirational essay in the voice of Eric Kim, focusing on the primal power of beef liver as a natural force for testosterone optimization. Expect bold declarations, a philosophical take on masculinity, and a motivational approach to embracing this ancient superfood. I’ll let you know once the essay is ready.
The Primal Power of Beef Liver for Masculinity and Vitality
A slab of raw beef liver: deep red, nutrient-rich, and unapologetically primal. Modern life has made many of us comfortable — and soft. We live far removed from the gritty realities our ancestors knew. Yet deep in our DNA, we crave the raw power and vitality that comes from living in tune with nature. One way to tap into that ancestral strength is surprisingly simple: eat what your ancestors ate. Beef liver, the very organ prized by warriors and hunters of old, is a primal superfood that can help rekindle your masculinity and strength.
Our forefathers and tribal cultures didn’t consider liver “offal†or waste; they considered it the ultimate prize. In fact, when a hunt was successful, the liver was often eaten first, sometimes raw and on the spot, as a sacred transfusion of the animal’s power . This wasn’t done on a whim or dare — it was rooted in the belief (and experience) that consuming the potent organ would grant strength, vitality, and courage to those who consumed it .
Even the animal kingdom shows us this truth. When predators take down prey, the first thing they devour is the liver and other organs, leaving the muscle meat for later or for lesser scavengers . The wild knows what modern humans have forgotten: the liver holds a concentrated source of life. By embracing beef liver today, we aren’t doing something new or trendy — we are returning to an ancient wisdom that gave our ancestors their edge.
Reclaiming Ancient Strength
Modern society often encourages men to shy away from their primal instincts, but reclaiming ancient strength starts with embracing ancestral foods. Beef liver connects you to a lineage of warriors and survivors. Every bite is a symbolic link to thousands of years of human evolution. The simple act of consuming this rich organ meat can ignite a feeling of camaraderie with those who came before – those who hunted mammoths, fought wars with spears, and endured harsh environments. They thrived on nutrient-dense foods like liver, and so can you. In an age of processed snacks and drive-thru dinners, choosing beef liver is a bold rebellion and a step toward authentic nourishment.
When you eat beef liver, you’re telling your body that you mean business. You’re flooding your system with what it actually needs, in a form as old as time. There’s something profoundly satisfying and empowering about that. It’s a stride away from the sanitized, shrink-wrapped convenience of modern grocery stores and a leap toward a more intentional, warrior-like approach to eating. This mindset shift – seeing food as fundamental fuel and even as a kind of ancient rite – can translate into newfound mental toughness. You begin to approach other aspects of life with the same primal focus and determination. In short, eating like a warrior can help you think like a warrior, forging a mindset ready for challenges.
Nature’s Ultimate Testosterone-Boosting Food
Conventional diet gurus and processed food pushers have long ignored (or even demonized) organ meats. But beef liver is nature’s multivitamin and natural steroid in one . It is pound for pound one of the most nutrient-dense foods on Earth, loaded with vitamins, minerals, and protein that fuel every cell in your body . Just a small serving floods your system with vitamin A for immunity and vision, B vitamins for energy and metabolism, iron for robust blood, and so much more . Importantly for men, it’s also rich in zinc, vitamin D, and vitamin K2 — vital building blocks for testosterone production . Think of these nutrients as the raw materials your body uses to create the very essence of masculinity. When you nourish yourself with liver, you’re giving your body the tools it needs to forge testosterone and vitality from the inside out.
Perhaps most critically, beef liver is high in dietary cholesterol. Wait, isn’t cholesterol bad? We’ve been told for decades to fear it, but that conventional wisdom is outdated and misleading. Cholesterol is actually the backbone of our hormones — the molecular foundation of testosterone itself. Without enough cholesterol, your body can’t manufacture adequate testosterone. Each bite of liver provides a surge of healthy cholesterol and fats, which in turn can feed your body’s testosterone factories . In a very real sense, cholesterol is fuel for your manhood. No wonder eating cholesterol-rich organ meats is like a natural anabolic boost for the body .
One nutrition researcher even calls liver “nature’s most concentrated source of vitamin A,†packed with high-quality protein, iron, and an “unidentified anti-fatigue factor†that modern science still can’t fully explain . This might explain the almost mystical surge of energy and endurance men report when they start incorporating liver into their diets. When you eat beef liver regularly, you’re not just theoretically boosting your testosterone; you’re likely to feel the difference in your daily energy, drive, and performance.
And let’s bust another myth while we’re at it: the idea that liver “stores toxins†and is dangerous. In reality, the liver filters toxins; it doesn’t hoard them. What the liver does store is precious nutrients – vitamins A, D, B12, folate, iron, and more . It’s a powerhouse, not a poison. In spite of widespread tradition and abundant evidence of liver’s benefits, some modern experts tried to scare us away from it. They warned of cholesterol and vitamin A and “toxins,†but those fears were oversimplified at best. By eating high-quality beef liver from healthy animals, you’re not ingesting toxins; you’re arming your body with a barrage of natural nutrients that bolster your health and hormone levels. The only thing “toxic†is the misinformation that has kept this superfood off your plate. Embrace the truth: nature knows what she’s doing, and she packed an arsenal of goodness into the liver.
Minimalism in Diet, Maximum Results
In a world of overhyped supplements, multivitamin pills, and complicated diet protocols, embracing beef liver is a radical act of dietary minimalism. Why chug down a dozen different pills and powders when one ancestral food can provide everything? Simplify your nutrition and focus on the essentials that actually move the needle. Beef liver is a single-ingredient superfood that eclipses many modern supplement stacks. It’s raw and unprocessed, just pure nourishment as nature intended, with no plastic tubs or flashy labels needed.
Minimalism is about focusing on what truly matters and cutting out the fluff. When it comes to building strength and vitality, what matters is real nourishment and high-octane fuel for your body. You can slash away the breads, the sugars, the processed junk that only weigh you down. Replace all that with a slab of liver and some quality meat, and you have a primal, minimalist diet of champions. This isn’t an invitation to misery or asceticism; it’s an invitation to clarity and power. By eating simply and cleanly – like a warrior in training – you reduce the noise and give your body only the best. Fewer ingredients, but each one a heavyweight. The result is maximum impact: more energy, more strength, more results, with less fuss.
Embracing such a spartan way of eating is itself an exercise in personal empowerment. It takes guts (literally and figuratively) to eat liver in an age of drive-thru burgers and sugar-loaded lattes. It’s a statement: I choose substance over superficial comfort. Each time you put nutrient-dense beef liver on your plate, you are actively rejecting the modern norm of convenience over quality. You’re proving to yourself that you have the discipline to do what is effective rather than what is easy. This discipline in diet often carries over into discipline in life. Conquering the instinctual aversion some people have to organ meats can translate into conquering other challenges with newfound grit. You become someone who does what needs to be done, without whining, because you’ve trained yourself to value results over excuses.
Fueling Body and Spirit for Greatness
Testosterone is more than a number on a lab test – it’s a proxy for energy, drive, and vitality. It’s the fire in the belly that pushes a man to conquer challenges, whether in the gym, the office, or the art studio. Higher natural testosterone from proper nutrition can manifest as more strength to lift heavy, more aggression (in the best way) to tackle goals, and more confidence in your own skin. Beef liver is not a magic pill, but it is a potent tool in stacking the hormonal odds in your favor. By providing the nutrition needed to support optimal hormone production, it lays the groundwork for you to feel and perform at your best. In combination with good training and sleep, it can help you build muscle more effectively, recover faster, and sustain an alpha level of energy throughout the day.
Imagine waking up in the morning with boundless energy and a clear mind, your body primed with the building blocks it needs to dominate the day. Instead of reaching for the snooze button, you feel an urge to jump out of bed and get moving. Nutrient-dense liver can contribute to that feeling of roaring vitality. Many men report deeper sleep, improved mood, and even an increase in libido after adding organ meats to their diet – all signs of a body operating in top form. When your internal chemistry is optimized, you feel almost unstoppable. That vigor inside will reflect on the outside: a sturdier, more chiseled physique, a confident posture, a spark in your eye. People around you might start asking what changed – the secret is on your dinner plate.
But beyond the physical, there’s a philosophical transformation that occurs when you commit to living and eating more primally. You start to see complacency and mediocrity for what they are: choices. And you choose differently. Deciding to eat beef liver regularly is choosing greatness in disguise. It’s a small act that signals something much larger – that you refuse to settle for the average path. You’re reaching back through time to reclaim the warrior spirit that modern life has tried to tame. With each nutrient-packed bite, you channel the strength of generations before you who survived, thrived, and conquered. You remember that life is meant to be lived vigorously, not passively. Fueling your body with liver becomes a metaphor for fueling your ambition with whatever it takes to excel.
Embrace the Challenge, Embrace the Change
Eating beef liver might push you out of your comfort zone at first. Good. Growth begins at the edge of discomfort. Our ancestors didn’t wince at the sight of blood or organ meat – they celebrated it as life-giving. By daring to incorporate this primal food into your diet, you’re training yourself to dare in other areas too. It’s a form of hormesis (productive challenge): do something slightly uncomfortable (like acquiring a taste for liver) and reap huge rewards in resilience and strength. Each meal becomes a lesson that valuable things aren’t always wrapped in a pretty package. Sometimes they’re dripping raw on a cutting board, waiting for a man bold enough to seize it.
So grill it, sear it with onions, or blend it into a shake if you must – just get that liver in. Feel its warmth and substance nourish you deeply. Start with once a week, then maybe twice. Notice the changes in your body and mindset. Are your workouts getting stronger? Is your mind sharper? Do you find yourself standing a little taller, driven by an inner force? Don’t be surprised – you’re literally feeding your courage and vitality. Every time you choose a slab of beef liver over a bag of chips or a donut, you’re making a statement that you will not settle for mediocrity. You are actively forging a stronger version of yourself.
In a society that often encourages men to be docile, to live vicariously through screens and comfort foods, eating beef liver is a radical act of self-empowerment. It’s saying, “I will build myself from the inside out.†No shortcuts, no synthetic hacks – just nature’s own gift and your willingness to put in the work. This authenticity builds unshakable confidence. You know exactly what you’re made of, because you chose every element that went into it. The next time you face a challenge – be it a heavy barbell, a high-stakes meeting, or a personal trial – you’ll remember that you’ve been challenging yourself in the kitchen and winning. The ancient warriors would smile in recognition, seeing a kindred spirit in you. You’re writing your own saga of strength and perseverance, one meal at a time.

Beef liver is known to be a potent source of key nutrients that contribute to testosterone production. I will research how beef liver supports testosterone synthesis, including its vitamin and mineral profile, mechanisms of action, and scientific evidence linking its consumption to testosterone levels. I will provide a detailed breakdown of these factors and practical recommendations on incorporating beef liver into a diet for optimal benefits. I’ll let you know when I have the findings ready.
Beef Liver’s Nutrients and Testosterone Production
Beef liver is an exceptionally nutrient-dense food that can support healthy testosterone levels through its rich supply of vitamins and minerals . This organ meat provides a potent mix of nutrients – including vitamins A, D, K2, and B-complex, plus minerals like zinc, iron, and selenium – all of which play key roles in hormone synthesis and regulation. Many of these micronutrients serve as building blocks or cofactors in the body’s testosterone-producing pathways, helping the testes and endocrine system maintain optimal testosterone output. Below we explore the key nutrients in beef liver that contribute to testosterone production, the mechanisms by which they impact hormone levels, scientific evidence linking liver consumption to testosterone and male reproductive health, and practical dietary tips for incorporating beef liver to maximize its testosterone-boosting effects.
Key Nutrients in Beef Liver That Support Testosterone
Beef liver’s nutrition profile is uniquely suited to bolster testosterone synthesis. Notable nutrients include:
• Vitamin A (Retinol): Beef liver is one of the richest sources of preformed vitamin A, providing well over 100% of the daily value in a single serving . Vitamin A is essential for testosterone production – it crosses into the testes (as retinol) and is stored by Sertoli cells, where it’s used to support sperm development and testosterone synthesis . Animal studies show that vitamin A deficiency causes testosterone levels to drop and the male reproductive organs to regress, while ample vitamin A boosts baseline testosterone secretion . Vitamin A also helps reduce excess estrogen in males, supporting a better testosterone-to-estrogen balance . In fact, a human trial in adolescent boys with delayed puberty found that supplementing vitamin A (with iron) stimulated the same degree of growth and pubertal development as actual testosterone therapy . This highlights how critical vitamin A (abundant in liver) is for normalizing testosterone and reproductive function.
• Vitamin D: Beef liver contains modest amounts of vitamin D (about 42–50 IU per 3 oz) . While not as high as fatty fish, every bit helps – vitamin D acts like a hormone in the body and is well-known to support testosterone production. Men with low vitamin D often have lower testosterone, and correcting a deficiency can lead to increases in testosterone levels . For example, one study noted that vitamin D supplementation in deficient men raised testosterone significantly . By providing some vitamin D, beef liver contributes to maintaining adequate vitamin D status, which in turn helps optimize testosterone output and overall male fertility.
• Zinc: Beef liver is a good dietary source of zinc (about 4–5 mg per 100 g, ~36% of daily needs). Zinc is critical for testosterone synthesis – it’s required by enzymes in the testes that produce testosterone, and zinc also influences luteinizing hormone (the signaling hormone that triggers testosterone release). Research confirms a strong zinc-testosterone link: zinc deficiency causes a significant drop in T levels, while restoring zinc intake boosts testosterone back toward normal . In one classic study, young men fed a low-zinc diet saw testosterone plummet by up to 75% over 20 weeks, and zinc supplementation in deficient older men doubled their testosterone levels . By supplying zinc along with other trace minerals, beef liver helps ensure the body has the raw materials needed for testosterone production.
• Vitamin B-Complex (B6, B12, Folate & others): Liver is packed with B vitamins, which support many aspects of metabolism and hormone balance. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) in beef liver aids testosterone by regulating hormonal signals – a B6 deficiency can lead to increased estrogen and prolactin, along with reduced testosterone output . Adequate B6 acts as a cofactor in androgen synthesis and helps keep estrogen in check, creating a more favorable environment for testosterone. Vitamin B12 is extremely high in liver (often providing over 1000% of daily needs per serving) and is crucial for red blood cell production, DNA synthesis, and energy – factors indirectly tied to healthy testosterone levels. Notably, low B12 status has been associated with testosterone deficiency and poor sperm parameters in men . By delivering ample B6, B12, folate, riboflavin and others, beef liver supports the body’s energy and protein metabolism, which in turn facilitates robust testosterone synthesis and reproductive health.
• Iron and Selenium: Beef liver is rich in iron (≈5 mg per 100 g) and selenium. These minerals enable vital processes that underlie hormone production. Iron is a cofactor for several enzymes (including P450 enzymes) involved in steroidogenesis – without enough iron, the enzymes that convert cholesterol into testosterone can’t function optimally . An iron deficiency can thus hinder testosterone synthesis. In fact, the previously mentioned study that used vitamin A to induce puberty also included iron supplementation, underscoring iron’s supportive role in normalizing testosterone and growth . Selenium, on the other hand, is a key component of antioxidant enzymes like glutathione peroxidase. During testosterone synthesis (and sperm production), the testes generate reactive oxygen species; selenium helps quench this oxidative stress . By protecting Leydig cells (the testosterone-producing cells) from damage, selenium ensures they can continue producing adequate testosterone. Together, the iron in liver supports the hormone-producing enzymes, and selenium safeguards the testicular environment – a synergistic benefit for maintaining testosterone levels.
• Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone): Grass-fed beef liver provides vitamin K2, a fat-soluble vitamin that has emerging links to testosterone. Vitamin K2 (particularly the MK-4 form found in animal foods) has been shown in animal studies to stimulate testosterone production. In one rat study, adding vitamin K2 (MK-4) significantly increased testosterone levels by enhancing the activity of enzymes in the testes that generate testosterone . While human research is limited, some experts believe K2 supports endocrine health and may help keep testosterone at optimal levels, especially when combined with vitamin D and calcium metabolism benefits. Beef liver’s contribution of vitamin K2 (along with its calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin D content) makes it a valuable food for overall hormonal balance and bone health.
• High-Quality Protein and Cholesterol: Aside from micronutrients, beef liver provides high-quality protein (about 20 g protein per 100 g) with all essential amino acids . Sufficient protein supports muscle building and recovery, which can indirectly influence testosterone (since intense training with adequate nutrition can boost T). Liver also contains cholesterol (~274 mg per 100 g ), the fundamental building block from which testosterone is synthesized. The body can produce cholesterol, but dietary cholesterol and fats provide the raw material for steroid hormone production. Consuming moderate amounts of healthy animal fats and cholesterol (as found in liver and egg yolks) helps ensure the Leydig cells have enough substrate to manufacture testosterone. In moderation, dietary cholesterol from nutrient-dense foods is not harmful for most people , and it may be beneficial for men on low-fat diets who need more building blocks for hormone production.
Mechanisms: How These Nutrients Boost Testosterone
Each of the above nutrients impacts testosterone through specific mechanisms:
• Cofactor Activity: Many vitamins and minerals in beef liver act as cofactors for enzymes in the testosterone synthesis pathway. For example, zinc is required for the enzyme that converts androstenedione into testosterone , and iron is part of the heme groups in cytochrome P450 enzymes that catalyze the conversion of cholesterol to steroid hormones . If these cofactors are lacking, testosterone output falls. By providing abundant cofactors (zinc, iron, B6, etc.), liver keeps the testosterone-producing enzymes running efficiently.
• Hormone Regulation: Certain nutrients help regulate the hormones upstream of testosterone. Vitamin A supports the pituitary gland and Sertoli cells, which can influence luteinizing hormone (LH) and spermatogenesis, thereby indirectly affecting testosterone release . Vitamin B6 helps modulate the feedback loops between estrogen and androgens – a deficiency in B6 prompts the brain to increase estrogen (which can suppress testosterone), whereas adequate B6 promotes a favorable hormonal balance for testosterone production . Selenium’s role in thyroid function may also support testosterone indirectly, since optimal thyroid hormones contribute to proper reproductive hormone signaling.
• Antioxidant Protection: Testosterone synthesis and sperm development generate free radicals that can damage cells. Antioxidants are crucial to protect testicular tissue. Beef liver’s selenium, vitamin A, and vitamin C (small amounts) act as antioxidants to safeguard the Leydig cells and sperm cells from oxidative stress . This protection means the testes can continue to produce testosterone unhindered by oxidative damage. (Additionally, vitamin A’s metabolite retinoic acid has been noted to influence genes involved in cell growth and apoptosis in the prostate , indicating a role in maintaining healthy hormone-responsive tissues.)
• Supporting Overall Health and Energy: A healthy body produces healthier levels of hormones. Nutrients like vitamin B12 and iron in beef liver combat anemia and fatigue, ensuring you have the energy for exercise and normal metabolic function. Regular physical activity is a known natural testosterone booster, and having ample B vitamins and iron from liver can improve exercise capacity and recovery. Likewise, zinc and vitamin D support immune function and mood , preventing chronic stress or illness from dragging down testosterone. In short, beef liver’s nutrients fortify the body’s general health, creating internal conditions in which testosterone can thrive.
Scientific Evidence Linking Beef Liver to Testosterone and Male Health
While direct clinical trials on “beef liver consumption and testosterone levels†are limited, numerous studies reinforce the connection between liver’s nutrients and improved male hormonal health:
• Vitamin A & Puberty Study: A notable human study on 102 adolescent boys with delayed puberty found that supplementing with vitamin A and iron was as effective as low-dose testosterone therapy in inducing puberty and growth . Over 12 months, the boys receiving vitamin A + iron experienced normal pubertal development (increase in testicular size, serum testosterone, and growth spurts) comparable to boys given actual testosterone injections. This finding suggests that providing abundant vitamin A (and iron) – as one would get from beef liver – can correct underlying deficiencies and jump-start the body’s own testosterone production. The researchers even noted that these results highlight the value of eating vitamin A–rich foods like liver regularly .
• Organ Meats and Fertility: Epidemiological research has associated organ meat intake with better male fertility parameters. A Harvard study of young men’s diets reported that those who ate organ meats (liver, etc.) had significantly higher sperm counts and better sperm motility than those who never ate organ meat . Men who consumed just a small serving of organ meat had, on average, 41–53% higher total sperm count and concentration than non-consumers . Although this study didn’t directly measure testosterone, higher sperm count often correlates with a healthier hormonal status. The researchers initially hypothesized organ meats might harm fertility (due to toxins), but were surprised to find the opposite – likely thanks to the rich nutrient content (they noted that micronutrients like zinc and B12 in organ meats “may have a role†in these fertility benefits ). This evidence supports the idea that including nutrient-dense liver in the diet can improve aspects of male reproductive health.
• Zinc and Testosterone Research: Extensive research supports the role of zinc (found in liver) in testosterone regulation. For instance, a systematic review concluded that zinc deficiency consistently leads to reduced testosterone levels, and zinc supplementation improves low testosterone, especially in zinc-deficient individuals . One often-cited study put young men on a zinc-restricted diet and observed a drastic fall in serum testosterone, while giving zinc to older men with marginal deficiency more than doubled their testosterone levels . These findings underline why foods high in zinc, such as beef liver, are recommended for men aiming to boost testosterone naturally.
• Vitamin D and Testosterone: Vitamin D (which liver provides in smaller amounts) has been linked to testosterone in multiple studies. Research shows men with adequate vitamin D tend to have higher testosterone than those who are deficient . In a controlled trial, overweight men with low vitamin D who took a vitamin D supplement for a year saw a significant rise (~20%) in total testosterone compared to a placebo group . Beef liver’s contribution of vitamin D, though modest, is still a piece of the puzzle, especially combined with other vitamin D sources, in maintaining optimal hormone levels.
• General Nutritional Support: Health professionals often note that including beef liver as part of a balanced diet can aid reproductive health. Beef liver’s broad spectrum of nutrients supports the endocrine system and has traditionally been used as a fertility “superfood.†In fact, Medical News Today points out that eating a balanced diet containing beef liver confers many health benefits and “helps support…the immune system, the nervous system, growth, development, and reproductive health†. Thus, even if no study measures “testosterone before and after eating liver†directly, the cumulative scientific evidence on its key nutrients (vitamins A, D, B6, B12, zinc, etc.) and related outcomes strongly suggests that beef liver is a boon for men looking to optimize their testosterone naturally.
It’s worth noting that beef liver’s benefits will be most apparent if a person has been lacking these nutrients. For individuals with adequate nutrition and normal T levels, eating liver won’t cause “supraphysiological†testosterone boosts, but it can help maintain healthy levels. Conversely, if someone is deficient in say zinc or vitamin A, adding liver could lead to a noticeable improvement in testosterone production as the deficiency is corrected. In short, beef liver “feeds†the hormonal machinery what it needs to run smoothly.
Practical Dietary Recommendations for Using Beef Liver as a Testosterone Booster
Incorporating beef liver into your diet can be done safely and effectively with a few considerations in mind:
• Moderation is Key: You don’t need large amounts of liver to get its benefits. In fact, due to its potency, small weekly servings are ideal. Aim for about 100–250 grams of beef liver per week (3.5 to 8 ounces) split into 1–2 servings . For example, two meals of ~50–125 g (2–4 oz) each week would supply a huge dose of nutrients. This falls within recommended intake ranges and ensures you get testosterone-supporting vitamins without overconsuming any one nutrient.
• Avoid Overconsumption (Vitamin A Caution): Resist the temptation to eat liver every day. Because liver is so high in vitamin A, eating it in excessive quantities or too frequently can lead to hypervitaminosis A (vitamin A toxicity) . Toxic levels of vitamin A can cause serious issues (liver damage, bone pain, etc.), so stick to moderate intake. The weekly 100–250 g guideline is considered safe for most adults . If you also take cod liver oil or vitamin A supplements, be extra mindful of total vitamin A intake. In short, more is not always better – periodic small portions will confer the benefits for testosterone and health.
• Preparation Tips (Make it Palatable): If you’re not accustomed to the taste/texture, try mild preparation methods. Soaking liver in milk or lemon juice for an hour before cooking can mellow the strong flavor. Cooking liver with aromatic ingredients (garlic, onions, herbs) and healthy fats can improve taste – the classic “liver and onions†is a tried-and-true recipe. Sear the liver just until cooked through (overcooking can make it tough). You can also grind a few ounces of liver and mix it into ground beef when making burgers, meatloaf, or meatballs – this “hidden liver†technique masks the flavor while still boosting the meal’s nutrients. Many people find liver pâté (blended with butter, spices, etc.) quite enjoyable spread on whole-grain toast or crackers.
• Quality Matters: Whenever possible, choose high-quality grass-fed beef liver from a reputable source. Grass-fed/pasture-raised cattle tend to have liver with higher micronutrient levels (e.g. more vitamin A and K2) and fewer chemical residues. Fresh or frozen liver from a local butcher, farmers’ market, or quality grocery store is often best. If you opt for desiccated beef liver supplements (capsules or powder) for convenience, make sure they are made from pure grass-fed liver without additives. These can be a useful alternative for those who absolutely cannot stomach the taste of liver, providing many of the same vitamins and minerals in concentrated form.
• Pair With Other Healthy Foods: To maximize absorption of liver’s nutrients, eat it as part of a balanced meal. For instance, vitamin A, D, and K are fat-soluble, so include some healthy fats (olive oil, butter, avocado) when you prepare liver to aid absorption. Vitamin C-rich vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, or a squeeze of lemon juice) eaten with liver can enhance iron uptake. A sample testosterone-friendly meal might be sautéed liver with onions and spinach (for magnesium), alongside eggs or a small steak (for extra zinc and cholesterol) – a true nutrient powerhouse. Also continue eating other testosterone-supportive foods (eggs, fatty fish, nuts, leafy greens) through the week. Beef liver works best as one part of a holistic diet for hormonal health.
By following these tips, you can confidently include beef liver in your diet to harness its testosterone-supporting nutrients. Many men find that a liver-inclusive meal plan, combined with regular exercise and adequate sleep, helps them feel more energetic, build muscle easier, and maintain a healthy sex drive – all signs of optimal testosterone function. As always, if you have any medical conditions or are on specific medications, check with your healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes (due to liver’s high vitamin K, for example, those on blood thinners should consult a doctor).
In summary, beef liver earns its reputation as “nature’s multivitamin†and a traditional virility food. Its rich concentrations of vitamin A, zinc, vitamin D, B vitamins, iron, selenium, and other nutrients directly nourish the body’s testosterone-producing machinery. These nutrients work in concert to boost testosterone synthesis, maintain hormonal balance, and support overall male reproductive health. Incorporating moderate amounts of beef liver into your weekly diet can be a smart, natural strategy to ensure your body has all the prerequisites for producing testosterone at optimal levels. With the evidence from nutritional science and a bit of culinary know-how, beef liver can truly become a valuable ally in your quest for hormonal vitality and well-being.
Sources: Nutrient data and health information were synthesized from scientific literature and reputable health sources, including Medical News Today , peer-reviewed studies on vitamin and mineral impacts on testosterone , and nutrition science publications. These references highlight the biochemical roles of beef liver’s nutrients in testosterone production and the observed benefits of liver consumption on male health markers. The practical guidelines above align with expert dietary recommendations to safely enjoy beef liver’s benefits for testosterone support.

In the voice of Eric Kim
I remember the first time I booted up Roller Coaster Tycoon on my old PC. Even as a kid, I felt the rush: you start with a blank plot of land, infinite possibilities, and a single question—what do you want to build? Life is eerily similar. The difference is: in the game you can always restart, but in real life, you’ve got one shot. So, what do you do?
First, embrace the blank canvas. In Roller Coaster Tycoon, your greatest asset is that empty, open space. You lay down paths, set the entrance fee, and experiment with new roller coaster designs. No one hands you a blueprint; you prototype on the fly. Translated to life, this means forging your own path. We’re often paralyzed by other people’s instructions or by a fear of the unknown. But the game shows you that the only way to learn is by rolling up your sleeves, risking failure, and doing. Always be building.
Second, embrace the ups and downs. Roller coasters are iconic for their peaks and troughs. Life, too, is a never-ending set of ascents and sudden drops. But ironically, those exhilarating drops make the ride thrilling; that tension is what keeps you going. Don’t aim for a perfectly smooth ride—it’s the unpredictability, the sudden turns, and the risks that push you to grow. The feeling in your stomach when you’re plummeting is the same feeling that can wake you up to your own vitality.
Third, attend to the details while keeping the big picture in mind. In the game, you watch park guests navigate: Are they bored? Are they nauseated? Are they going to buy souvenirs? If you ignore these details—trash bins, bench placement, scenic decorations—you end up with unhappy visitors who leave. Same for life. The small gestures, the casual thank-yous, the daily tasks: these details eventually shape the broader arc of your life. But never lose sight of your main goal—what’s the overarching vision? Because you can get stuck micro-managing details and lose track of why you started building in the first place.
Lastly, never forget that your park is your personal creation. Sometimes, you’ll see another park with insane loop-de-loops or record-breaking rides. You might be tempted to copy. But in Roller Coaster Tycoon, the best outcomes happen when you double down on your original style—your unique arrangement of rides, your signature color schemes, your creative flourishes. In life, too, your best path is the one that resonates with your gut. Stay honest and authentic to your own design.
In the end, Roller Coaster Tycoon reminds us that life is not about preventing the ups and downs; it’s about thriving in them. Build fearlessly, own your vision, and trust that the scariest parts of the ride often yield the greatest rewards. And always remember: the best rides aren’t necessarily the biggest or the fastest—they’re the ones that leave you with the widest grin at the end.
In the voice of Eric Kim
Life is like playing Roller Coaster Tycoon. You’re handed a blank map, a handful of coins, and the ultimate freedom: to build. Some folks play it safe—placing merry-go-rounds, a few food stalls, and a calm little log flume. Others? They build death-defying coasters that flirt with the sky, pushing the limits of physics and imagination. But here’s the thing—both approaches reveal something profound about life, ambition, and the pursuit of happiness.
1. The Joy of Building for Yourself
In Roller Coaster Tycoon, the fun isn’t just about making a park for the guests—it’s about building a space that excites you. Some players get so caught up trying to make the park “perfect†that they forget to have fun. Life mirrors this. We get stuck optimizing for others: for society, for approval, for validation. But when you play life like Roller Coaster Tycoon, you realize the true joy comes from creating a life that you actually want to live.
Why spend time building roller coasters that don’t excite you? Why pursue goals that feel like someone else’s dream? The most iconic coasters in the game—the ones that twist, dive, and soar—come from builders who let their imagination run wild, not from those obsessing over guest complaints about nausea levels.
2. Embracing Risk and Failure
Let’s be honest. Half the fun of Roller Coaster Tycoon is building that one insane coaster that absolutely demolishes the laws of safety. Sometimes it works. Sometimes the cars fly off the tracks. But here’s the point: failure in the game is part of the process. It teaches you to iterate, to try again, to build something better.
In life, we often avoid risks because we fear the fallout. But think about it: when has playing it safe ever led to a legendary roller coaster? Or a legendary life? The most memorable moments often come from pushing the limits, taking that risky turn, and—sometimes—crashing. But it’s through those crashes that we learn. Life is iterative. You build, fail, and build again—each time with a deeper understanding of what works and what doesn’t.
3. The Minimalist Approach: Cut the Clutter
Roller Coaster Tycoon also teaches the beauty of minimalism. Ever notice how overcrowding your park with random attractions leads to chaos? Guests get lost, trash piles up, and the whole experience feels cluttered. The same applies to life. We overcomplicate things—jobs, relationships, goals—thinking more equals better. But often, it’s the simple, elegant designs that bring the most joy and clarity.
Minimalism isn’t about having less; it’s about making space for what matters. That perfectly placed coaster. That quiet park bench with a view. In life, it’s the same. Cut the noise. Focus on what brings you genuine excitement and fulfillment.
4. The Long Game: Patience and Vision
When you first start a park, it’s a blank slate. It takes time, energy, and patience to build something extraordinary. You can’t rush a masterpiece. Roller Coaster Tycoon teaches delayed gratification—saving up for that massive steel coaster, watching your park evolve from simple paths to a sprawling, intricate ecosystem.
Life’s the same. We want success fast—instant results, instant validation. But the best things—the meaningful careers, the deep relationships, the profound self-understanding—take time. It’s about vision. Seeing the park (or life) not as it is, but as it could be. That’s where the magic happens.
5. Remember the Guests, But Don’t Obsess Over Them
Sure, in the game, you want happy guests. But if you obsess over every little complaint—every “I’m thirsty†bubble—you’ll lose the bigger picture. In life, we get caught up in others’ opinions, trying to please everyone. But here’s the thing: you can’t. And trying to will only drain your energy.
So, build for yourself first. Make sure your own cup is full. When you’re genuinely excited about what you’re building—in the game or in life—people will naturally be drawn to it.
Final Thoughts: Be the Tycoon of Your Life
Roller Coaster Tycoon isn’t just a game; it’s a metaphor for life. You get a blank canvas. You choose what to build. You decide whether to play it safe or go wild. And just like in the game, there’s no single “right†way to play—only the way that feels most you.
So, ask yourself: Are you building a life that excites you? Are you taking risks, pushing boundaries, and embracing the thrill of the ride? Or are you stuck optimizing for others, playing it safe, and wondering why it all feels… flat?
Life, like Roller Coaster Tycoon, is about the ups and downs—the loops, the twists, the moments of pure exhilaration. So grab the blueprint, dream big, and remember: the best rides are the ones that make your heart race.
Now go. Be the tycoon of your life.
Just see how you feel emotionally !

The best way to approach life is through subtraction getting rid of superfluous things and stuff —
Why is subtraction so difficult?
First, we generally have this idea in principle that more is better. But, would you want more disease more annoyances, more toxicity in your life?
No!
So the primary thing to consider is how what where when to subtract things.
For example, heat loss water loss, general principles.
First, money loss. If you have even a 3% small hole and leak within a bathtub, you’re going to be at like 0% water in a matter of minutes days weeks months etc.
Therefore a simple economic principle: when your expenses outstrips your income, even by a small person… You’re always going to be in the negative.
As a consequence, what you must logically do then is to plug a plug in the hole, prevent water loss, and also heat loss.
So, thinking about heat, heat loss, a general idea in principle is similar to speaking, let us say that your home is a cozy 71°, and overtime, it continues to drop like a degree a day. By the end of 100 days, you’re in -21°, and your family will literally freeze to death.
Therefore as a consequence, it seems like one of the most intelligent ways to approach life than is to stop the heat loss! For example, putting those moldings in which prevent heat from escaping your house, as well as maybe updating your window pains, window frames, which prevent you from losing heat through the windows. And through the cracks.
I think a general Zen principle is concentration and focus.
So for example, if you’re a magnifying glass, do you want to take the sun, and focus it on a very very central point, in order to focus to raise the sun, to even burn holes through metal.
I think the last 20-30 years, we have been indoctrinated into thinking that actually, diversification, being “well-rounded†is a virtue. For example, modern day society tells us it is better to be above average in many domains, rather than a genius savant in one.
And if you think about the way that society progresses, it is typically through the ex extreme genius of an individual in a single or a double domain.
For example, Michael Saylor and bitcoin. Elon Musk and electric vehicles, as well as reusable spaceship rockets. Jay-Z and entrepreneurship. Kanye West and music and fashion.
I think the issue is that our iPhones, notifications, social media the news etc., is pulling us in all these directions, kind of like those cruel ancient ways in which they will tie an individual with opposing limbs to a bunch of horses, and then whip the horses, dismembering The individual by being pulled in all these different directions.
Typically my personal belief is when you overreach, rather than focusing on your core competency, things begin to languish.
For example, Apple is losing her focus, the number one simple focus is to just make the best iPhone possible, that should be like 90% of the focus of Apple. Rather, Apple is bridging into strange things like television TV shows, in which she has no skill in? Even Amazon, Amazon prime… Technically the real skill of Amazon is delivery delivery services and logistics, also, not really television or movies. It seems that all these companies in search of new products and profits, will diversify into fields which don’t really make sense, rather than once again, leveraging their Archimedes lever to one single thing.
For example, Google, Google search. This is like 99% of the focus of Google and should be the focus. Even Steve Jobs gave sage advice to Sergey and Larry, telling them not to go into that smart phone android market, and rather instead focusing on search.
I have a theory; it is considered a vice to focus on one thing, and dominate in that one domain.
Also, maybe a structural issue is with bureaucracy; do you have all these managers and middle managers in these big corporations and tech companies, trying to make a name for themselves. As a consequence, once again they “diversify†into other superfluous things.
I still firmly do believe that in fact, it is good to search in domains you are not fluent in, out of curiosity. Then, I think it is a wise idea to intake signals and information, to figure out whether you should continue in that path or not.
I think the race of technology is to outfit modern day man, with as many tools and accessories as possible to maximize his individual productivity. We now see this with AI, ChatGPT in the lake; it is true, even the simple thing is using TurboTax and the AI to automatically sort expenses, has literally saved me at least like 100 million hours during each tax cycle.
Also, I think the useful way to think about AI is that it is simply a supplement to man’s thinking, rather than being a replacement for man.
For example, my personal thought is AI is like a calculator on steroids; even now, real estate agents, tax attorneys etc., a lot of them typically will always bust out the Calculator on their iPhone, or even a standalone physical calculator, to make precise calculations themselves.
Even in today’s world, that we have advanced super computers, for some of our tasks, we still do prefer to seem to like using pencil and pad?
.
It then seems wise to reduce your sphere of concern.
Consider your capacity. For example, how much strength power and care you could devote to your immediate family members, the first basic one is towards your wife, then your kid, then your own biological mom, etc. But beyond this, I do not believe that any additional care is sustainable.
For example, even thinking about myself… I’m like full-time self-employed, and technically, I have ultimate freedom of time schedule and mind. Yet, I am barely keeping myself and my family afloat!
Which then makes me think and consider… How is it that an individual can stretch herself to encompass many domains beyond their own biological family?
I suppose it is different if you’re just like a single person, or a single person married or whatever, but once again… Assuming that your focus is like a saber, it is only focused on one point, not many.

The Earth cannot sustain 2 suns. Just as Asia cannot sustain 2 kings - Alexander the Great
So I’m really into the sun. To me, the sun is absolute bliss and paradise!
Where is considered the sun as a metaphor, infinite resources power. The Earth is worth a quadrillion Bajillion trillion dollars times infinity.
Another interesting thing… Without fail, the son has presented herself to us for like the last hundred trillion years.
Even the days in which we cannot directly see the sun, it is still there… It is simply just being obfuscated by clouds and the like. But it is still there!
So recently, what has become interesting is that Seneca at the age of four years old, is really living up to his namesake; becoming the ultimate philosopher. He’s been asking me a lot about why things are the way they are. Like why does the sun come up why does it go down etc.
So the explanation I’ve been giving him thus far is that gravity is the thing that holds the universe together, and the sun is just simply in the center, and earth keeps rotating around the sun, so as a consequence, the sun is always there, simply the difference is when it gets exposure and when it does not get exposure.
And to me this becomes interesting because once again, the sun is always there. And it will never stop.
So a simple idea I have is just never go in the shade. Whenever whenever, always being in the sun doing stuff!
Even now, as I’m getting early Headstart on my taxes, I’ve been just using TurboTax mobile on both my iPad and my iPhone, and doing the taxes while I am walking outside in the direct sun! In fact, I almost feel like this is the best way to do any sort of work; to be indoors, to me as always miserable. Being indoors only for sick people or when you’re sleeping.

Why Smoking Is Unethical — In Eric Kim’s Voice
First, let’s call a spade a spade: smoking is a slow suicide and a social pollutant. If you’re lighting up, you’re burning away both your own vitality and the collective energy of those around you. I’m not here to preach or guilt-trip you—but let’s reflect: every cigarette you puff not only scars your body, but also infringes on the air, environment, and well-being of others.
The best reason to stop smoking is selfish: to empower yourself physically and mentally. Life is short. Why accelerate your own demise? To live artistically, to create with vibrancy, you need your full health. When you smoke, you deliberately chip away at your future potential—like scraping away the emulsion on a roll of film, forever destroying the chance to develop something beautiful.
But let’s go further: to me, ethics are about respect—respect for yourself, respect for your community, and respect for the planet. Think about the subtle oppression of secondhand smoke: you exhale toxicity into the air, forcing others—your friends, family, strangers—to inhale your decision. That’s not just a personal vice; it’s a communal burden.
We should strive toward freedom, and in a sense, freedom comes from discipline. If you can discipline yourself to quit (or never start), you’re demonstrating a radical sovereignty over your life. You’re rejecting a habit that large corporations profit from (while you lose money and health). Quitting smoking is a personal revolution: you decide you won’t let external forces dictate your well-being or creativity.
Finally, consider the ethical principle of leaving the world better than you found it. With each cigarette butt flicked on the ground, we poison our streets, rivers, and oceans. It’s not just about you; it’s about maintaining a cleaner collective environment.
So reflect: is smoking a life practice that embodies self-respect, compassion, and creativity? Or is it a crutch, a chain, a corporate scheme stealing your money—and your precious life force? Be bold enough to choose respect, health, and greatness. The action is simple: stop smoking and elevate your mind, your body, and your art.
..
Smoking isn’t just a personal habit—it’s an ethical dilemma that quietly undermines the fabric of our collective well-being. When we think about ethics, we often focus on grand gestures or overt actions, but what about the everyday choices that ripple outward, affecting others in unseen ways?
First, there’s the undeniable impact on others. Lighting a cigarette doesn’t just harm the smoker—it harms everyone around them. Secondhand smoke infiltrates public spaces, homes, even the lungs of strangers who never consented to participate in that moment. Imagine creating art, but instead of inspiring, your brushstrokes taint the canvas for everyone else. That’s the paradox of smoking—personal freedom that infringes on the freedom of others to breathe clean air.
But let’s go deeper. Smoking is inherently self-destructive. In stoic philosophy, there’s an emphasis on living in accordance with nature—striving to flourish through reason and virtue. Smoking defies this. It knowingly harms the body, this miraculous vessel we’ve been gifted. To smoke is to turn away from life, to make a choice that embraces decay over vitality. It’s a slow form of self-neglect disguised as indulgence.
There’s also the societal cost. Smoking isn’t just a private affair—it burdens healthcare systems, diverts resources, and perpetuates industries that profit from addiction. When you smoke, you’re inadvertently endorsing a cycle of exploitation—one that preys on human weakness for profit. That’s the dark undercurrent few like to confront.
Ultimately, ethics isn’t just about what we do, but why we do it. Smoking fails this test. It’s a choice that offers no lasting value, no deeper purpose. It harms the self, others, and society—all for a fleeting moment of relief.
To live ethically is to choose actions that uplift, that respect both the self and the collective. Smoking does neither. And in that truth lies its deepest flaw.

So kind of a bad philosophy that I have… After think about this for a long time, assuming there is wise and there is foolish, there is courageous and there is cowardly… It seems that the truth of the matter is then, assuming that most people are foolish, what that then means is that most people don’t know what is good for them.
For example, the fault of the Austrian economists like Murray Rothsbard etc is that they say that each individual is 100% rational agent, which means that the decisions that people made for themselves, is for their best interest, even though we made sneer at them for being foolish.

OK then assuming that the majority is right, that then means that 80% of Americans who are obese and overfat is a good thing, that the Toyota Corolla is the best car on the planet, that Starbucks Frappuccino‘s are the best beverage, and that McDonald’s hamburgers are both the best food item in that McDonald’s is the most successful restaurant of all time. And that China mainland China because she has the highest sheer number of individuals, is the best nation.
Certainly we know this is not the case. The reality of the matter is that assuming that we are the new Spartans, King Leonidas and his 300… certainly better to be a spartan 300 than one of the million Persian slaves, and also, better to be a Sparta with her few inhabitants than Persia.
In reading the politics by Aristotle, the good idea I have is… Thinking of this notion of being a philosopher king. The general idea is that almost all of the systems are bad.
For example, according to Aristotle democracy is bad because for the most part it is governed by a bunch of poor people, without much virtue because freeman Are the only men who could actually attend virtue, because they actually have leisure.
Certainly Aristotle knows that tyranny is bad. but I think the difficult thing is that people kind of define tyranny in an imprecise manner… a tyrant is actually an individual in which all the power resides in one person.
Oligarchies are bad because oligarchies only imply rank based on riches.
Then what is the direction we head towards?
I was recently re-watching the movie 300 on the plane, thinking of King Leonidas, as a child, not being thrown off the cliff, and then, in the winter with the wolf, no fear just a heightened sense of things – a similar feeling, right beyond the first and the last moment with King Xerxes, the final stand.
Typically, when I’m not 100% certain about a decision, I just put on my weight vest, and I go on a long walk.
Once you have come to your decision, obvious decisions are pretty obvious.
Maybe once you have reached your obvious decision, it is like casting your spear, with your form perfect, throwing it straight into the head of Xerxes.
Once you throw the spear, don’t look back.

The difficult thing to consider, was actually in the past, each and every single decision was made precisely for the most supreme good.
What this means is for example, let us say that you regret certain decisions that you made in the past, you wish you intervene in certain ways, or you did things differently or whatever or you wish that things went differently. But what if in fact, if things did in fact happen differently, because of the butterfly effect in chaos, that your son would not be born? That either, your wife might have suffered a miscarriage, didn’t get pregnant you never became pregnant… You never had a kid or a son, or that kid or son was different, or instead of having a son you had a girl, then, everything happens precisely as it should have happened.

$433.43 per share
The initial conversion rate is 2.3072 shares of class A common stock per $1,000 principal amount of notes, which represents an initial conversion price of approximately $433.43 per share of class A common stock.Â
March 1st, 2030 — 5 years from now
Feb 21st
TYSONS CORNER, Va., February 20, 2025— Strategy™ (Nasdaq: MSTR) today announced the pricing of its offering of $2.0 billion aggregate principal amount of its 0% convertible senior notes due 2030 (the “notesâ€) in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Actâ€). Strategy also granted to the initial purchasers of the notes an option to purchase, for settlement within a period of five business days from, and including, the date on which the notes are first issued, up to an additional $300 million aggregate principal amount of notes. The offering is expected to close on February 21, 2025, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The notes will be senior, unsecured obligations of Strategy. The notes will not bear regular interest, and the principal amount of the notes will not accrete. The notes will mature on March 1, 2030, unless earlier repurchased, redeemed or converted. Before December 3, 2029, noteholders will have the right to convert their notes only upon the occurrence of certain events. From and after December 3, 2029, noteholders may convert their notes at any time at their election until the close of business on the second scheduled trading day immediately before the maturity date. Strategy will settle conversions by paying or delivering, as applicable, cash, shares of its class A common stock or a combination of cash and shares of its class A common stock, at Strategy’s election. The initial conversion rate is 2.3072 shares of class A common stock per $1,000 principal amount of notes, which represents an initial conversion price of approximately $433.43 per share of class A common stock. The initial conversion price represents a premium of approximately 35% over the U.S. composite volume weighted average price of Strategy’s class A common stock from 1:30 p.m. through 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on February 19, 2025, which was $321.0514. The conversion rate and conversion price will be subject to adjustment upon the occurrence of certain events.
The notes will be redeemable, in whole or in part (subject to certain limitations), for cash at Strategy’s option at any time, and from time to time, on or after March 5, 2027 and on or before the 20th scheduled trading day immediately before the maturity date, but only if the last reported sale price per share of Strategy’s class A common stock exceeds 130% of the conversion price for a specified period of time and certain other conditions are satisfied. The redemption price will be equal to the principal amount of the notes to be redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid special and additional interest, if any, to, but excluding, the redemption date.
If a “fundamental change†(as defined in the indenture for the notes) occurs, then, subject to a limited exception, noteholders may require Strategy to repurchase their notes for cash. The repurchase price will be equal to the principal amount of the notes to be repurchased, plus accrued and unpaid special and additional interest, if any, to, but excluding, the applicable repurchase date. Noteholders may require Strategy to repurchase their notes on March 1, 2028, at a cash repurchase price equal to the principal amount of the notes to be repurchased, plus accrued and unpaid special and additional interest, if any, to, but excluding, the repurchase date.
Strategy estimates that the net proceeds from the offering will be approximately $1.99 billion (or approximately $2.28 billion if the initial purchasers fully exercise their option to purchase additional notes), after deducting fees and estimated expenses. Strategy intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including the acquisition of bitcoin and for working capital.
The notes will be offered to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers and sold to qualified institutional buyers in accordance with Rule 144A under the Securities Act. The offer and sale of the notes and the shares of Strategy’s class A common stock issuable upon conversion of the notes, if any, have not been and will not be registered under the Securities Act or the securities laws of any other jurisdiction, and the notes and any such shares may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from such registration requirements. Any offer of the notes was made only by means of a private offering memorandum.
This press release shall not constitute an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy the notes, nor shall there be any sale of, the notes in any state or jurisdiction in which such offer, solicitation or sale would be unlawful under the securities laws of any such state or jurisdiction. There can be no assurances that the offering of the notes will be completed as described herein or at all.
