How to get to 5% body fat:
After a lot of experimentation, I’ve discovered the secret to getting to 5% body fat. Super easy:
- First, intermittent fasting. No breakfast no lunch , only a 100% massive carnivore diet, I’ve been doing this for about seven years now… It is very easy and sustainable. And I’m just a mere mortal, a mere human being, if I could do it anyone else can.
- Quit alcohol, smoking, weed, any drugs. Also, don’t consume creatine or protein powder, it is all a scam. Just for dinner eat beef liver, organ meats, etc., which are essentially natural steroids. Also, quit eating out, because you never know what is sneaky mofo is putting the fruit… To my great shock even some of my favorite I could eat Korean barbecue places… They sneakily add sugar to the kimchi?
- Quit eating salads and vegetables and fruits and starches and nuts; it is all just starch and candy with a good conscience.
- quit juice, dairy, whether real or fake. The only beverages to consume or just water, tapwater, purified water at home, etc.… And straight up black coffee. Eric Kim Omakase coffee.
