To be able to just have only one side with neighbors … supreme quiet, privacy, tranquility, zen — the ultimate use of money?
Avoid 99.9% of the drama with bordering neighbors — typically three. To only have 1 bordering neighbor (especially if they are quiet)— the supreme luxury?
Loud neighbors … 99.9% of stress of living in a certain home.
For example when Cindy and I lived in a nice minimalistic apartment in Providence Rhode Island … everything was insanely good EXCEPT one asshole neighbor (Celine) who would play online computer role playing fighting shooting games until 3am in the morning, screaming “Kill that motherfucker!!!â€â€” bad sleep is pure hell.
