WHAT MONEY IS GOOD FOR

Buying peace and quiet —

With investment properties — the promise or feature:

No rear or right side neighbors.

To be able to just have only one side with neighbors … supreme quiet, privacy, tranquility, zen — the ultimate use of money?

Avoid 99.9% of the drama with bordering neighbors — typically three. To only have 1 bordering neighbor (especially if they are quiet)— the supreme luxury?

Loud neighbors … 99.9% of stress of living in a certain home.

For example when Cindy and I lived in a nice minimalistic apartment in Providence Rhode Island … everything was insanely good EXCEPT one asshole neighbor (Celine) who would play online computer role playing fighting shooting games until 3am in the morning, screaming “Kill that motherfucker!!!”— bad sleep is pure hell.
