I’m also so insanely happy!
Not mere human goals:

Mythological goals:
It mostly has to do with your body and bodily physiology.

It mostly has to do with your body and bodily physiology.
There is a quadrillionX more wisdom in your body than in your “mindâ€.
I feel like an archon!
“But guess what, I’m back to work.†Dr. Dre.
A one rep max as a mentality, body self knowledge ability thing?
And no no no no no, this does not pertain to guns.
Yes.
For example, if there is somebody who is philosophizing or writing or commenting about virtue, courage, strength and masculinity, I want to see what he looks like. I want to see him topless, what his legs look like, his muscularity, his body fat percentage, his stomach, his face, his height, the way he walks and carries himself.
EK CLOTHING INCOMING!
Invest in production.
I have a gym concept, it is a free open source Jin. Friesen zero price, also, free as in freedom.
What are the prerequisites? Some sort of community service, or giving back to society. Kind of like a new, muscular, virtuous boy scouts, certainly boys and girls both included. All ages genders and sexes allowed.
I have a thought that before attempting insanely epic things, for example, attempting to atlas lift 975 pounds, which is ten plates and and a 10, to hype yourself up is critical.
Currently at the gym, I randomly saw a bosu ball. I have my iPad Pro with me, connected to the free Wi-Fi, and doing some creative work while here.
975 pound atlas lift:
There are some people who I consider “form Nazis“; that is, they preach and superimpose a certain form, aka, their form, upon you.
There is no such thing as proper form. In fact, there’s no such thing as foreign. Instead, I think it all comes down to leverage, focus, hope in yourself, and maximum power output.
To become more productive, go to the gym more frequently?
I think the strange bias in today’s world is that we must maximize our time being “productive“, using computers and stuff. The body is an afterthought; just do the minimum amount of exercise necessary, as efficiently at the gym, in order to maximize your computer productivity time.
However perhaps we have this all wrong. Maybe the priority should be going to the gym, 90% of your life focus on your body your muscles, and the productivity will come naturally afterwards?
Whenever I go to the gym, and I use these PVC pipe really really hard rollers, rolling out my back my spine my legs my calves my thighs etc., it gets my mind going. Why? I have a theory that if you stimulate your body, your nerves, your muscles are sinews etc., it stimulates your mind.
Start the day with a lot of fine robusta, ERIC KIM OMAKASE COFFEE, then hit the gym!
Thoughts:
First, there seems to be a huge benefit of just getting your ass out of the house. When you wake up, and shower and am indoors, indoors is dark, cramped, short narrow and regular ceilings, and dull.
However once you coffee up, put on your clothes and shoes, and immediately just stepping outside and getting into your car, you immediately feel much more activated! Even driving, seeing the change of scenery, getting some movement and UV sun exposure is uplifting!
Even getting to the parking lot, seeing other people and cars, economic activity is very uplifting. And certainly getting to the gym is great — high ceilings, music, random stuff on the TV’s, seeing people at the gym— some familiar, some unfamiliar, some friends, some you might have seen is all good!
Once at the gym, great to empty your bowels, and start off the day with the hot sauna (yes, even BEFORE) working out! The sauna is like my zen meditation chamber, dark, quiet, and the higher temperature, humidity, and feeling my body sweat gets my thoughts going?
Also pro tip— ask your gym for the Wi-Fi password if they got Wi-Fi, and just bring your 11 inch iPad Pro, no case, no stupid stylus with you, and use it to do creative work, writing and ideation! For example all of this blog post was written on my iPad, using the free gym Wi-Fi, while in the hot sauna!
