Then, for me, the key is to be out and about all day, maximal weightlifting, and maximum beef meat consumption.

Cafe culture is great — very leisurely, luxury, relaxed! Also great unhurried restaurant cafe coffee shop culture. A superior lifestyle and mode of living.

Downsides — pollution. Also Vietnam being a bubble… not the same reach and influence as America or the States.
