- No consumption of protein powder, creative, etc, or “pre-workout” crap.
- Only fluids are water and black coffee.
- Lift while fasted — never eat anything before lifting!
- Only one rep max style lifting.
- No consumption of any carbs, sugars, starches, vegetables.
