  1. Intermittent fasting — no breakfast, no lunch, only one insanely massive 100% carnivore dinner a night.
  2. No consumption of protein powder, creative, etc, or “pre-workout” crap.
  3. Only fluids are water and black coffee.
  4. Lift while fasted — never eat anything before lifting!
  5. Only one rep max style lifting.
  6. No consumption of any carbs, sugars, starches, vegetables.
