Me and Seneca frequent Whole Foods at least once or twice a day. It is part of our routine.
Thing that I have noticed is that new Amazon one palm payment thing. Yet, nobody uses it. Why not?
First, a branding thing. Palm is not a good word, better to just call it a hand.
Second, there needs to be a strong incentive to use it. I think the best way to convince people to use it is by trying to make people feel that it will make them more futuristic. People like all the sci-fi future stuff.
