Lamb leg, lamb steak, ground lamb, lamb burgers, might be my new favorite meat?
Also, my theory about eating lamb is that because it is not as industrialized as beef production in America, maybe lamb is actually raised more naturally? Which means, it is more nutrient dense for us?
