Santa Monica is not perfect, but some upsides:
- Very walkable.
- Closeness to the pier, seeing the water.
- When you were close to the water, and there are no buildings covering you, lots of natural light, lots of sunlight.
- People who live in the local neighborhood, nearby are very friendly, well educated, good vibes.
- Good for street photography.
