- Pigeon pose, then trying to grab my back foot with my hand.
- Broomstick ‘shoulder dislocated’ stretches, and do it diagonally.
- Heavy rope shoulder stretching dislocator style
- Muscle up
- Ninja hip stretches
- Back bridges, big arch, ‘wheel’ pose.
- Planche
- Dive bomber (hindu pushups), and 1 handed pushup dive bomber style
