Simple mobility and stretching and yoga stuff:

  1. Pigeon pose, then trying to grab my back foot with my hand.
  2. Broomstick ‘shoulder dislocated’ stretches, and do it diagonally.
  3. Heavy rope shoulder stretching dislocator style
  4. Muscle up
  5. Ninja hip stretches
  6. Back bridges, big arch, ‘wheel’ pose.
  7. Planche
  8. Dive bomber (hindu pushups), and 1 handed pushup dive bomber style
