For example, to me it is still amazing that we could just recharge our phones. It also makes sense that we should be able to recharge our cars. And certainly a huge upside of being able to recharge our cameras!

GENES & FOOD
Or perhaps why Asians (East Asians) should stick to sake, soju, and rice-based alcohol instead of wine, or gluten-brewed alcohols.

A Critique of Indian Food
I really love Indian food, but the same time, I don’t digest it well. It is often too spicy, which causes indigestion and acid reflux. Also, as I have a cashew allergy, a lot of Indian food often has hidden cashew nut mixed into it, which can cause me anaphylaxis. Also, Indian food doesn’t have enough meat, it is more sauce and bread and rice heavy.
No more Indian, Pakistani, Nepalese or South Asian food for me.
Then as a thought, maybe there’s a good idea for us to consume foods, more similar to our origin. For example, being Korean, East Asian, I cannot process coconut products well, which are abundant in Southeast Asia in Vietnam. However, Cindy has no problem with coconut products.

Contradict Yourself to Innovate.
For example, I am very inspired by the new Richard Mille watch, or as their old style is extreme maximalism, and the newest Ferrari watch is insanely flat, and insanely thin!
-
Delete Your Old Memories to Create New Memories
For example, I just deleted all my videos from my Apple iCloud library, in order to free up space. But philosophically, perhaps forgetting your old memories, and deleting your old memories is a good way to create new one. Don’t hoard onto memories. Don’t hoard the past.

Interactive
What does Seneca love the most? Things with are interactive. For example, lights. Having the ability to turn the light on and off is what he loves the most. Action and reaction.
Perhaps even for us adults, the best is things which allow interactability. Rather than passive consumption.
This is where lifting weights, and powerlifting is so interesting; the privilege of interacting with a very very heavy weight is what engages me the most!
Interactive media is the future.
Perhaps this is where shabu shabu, and Korean barbecue is so interesting; maybe people do like cooking their own food!
Perhaps this is why touchscreens are so addictive; we touch the screen, and something happens. We love this!
This is also where physics is so great; physics is an ultimate opportunity to interact with gravity, and the embodied world.

FUTURE LIVING
I feel like living in Phnom Penh, or a rapidly developing economy, in southeast Asia is like the future.
-
Nutrition density
Perhaps the goal shouldn’t be to eat more, for example, eating more pounds of meat. Rather, nutritional density. For example, it may be better to eat 2 pounds of beef ribs than 3 pounds of ground beef.
Or, 10 eggs with really really orange yolks may have more nutrition than 20 eggs with normal pale yolks.
-
VIRTUAL BELONGINGS
Perhaps the best belongings are virtual ones. For example, instead of owning your own real life car, better to just on it as a virtual item. For example, how certain racing games in arcades allow you to purchase a card, in which your car information is saved.
A +1 in notions of NFT. Perhaps owning an NFT Lamborghini is actually superior than owning one as a physical item.

The future mall lifestyle
What I find hugely interesting about future malls, and future mall lifestyles, especially in Asia/Southeast Asia: everything you need is in the mall. The grocery shopping center, gym on the top floor, shopping, all you can eat buffets, everything a full stack solution. Full vertical integration, literally.
Life like a simulated game. Like a “sim†mall lifestyle video game.
-
Money for Bodily Strength
The best use of money: all you could eat beef buffet, great coffee, great sleep. Also, going to the gym. Also using money to buy deeply nutritious beef and eggs for yourself.
-
Ricoh GR 3X is great for portrait photography
If you just want a very very simple set up to shoot portraits, a one stop solution is the Ricoh GR 3X.
-
I’M HAPPIEST IN ASIA
Asia over America. Especially Phnom Penh, Cambodia and Vietnam/Southeast Asia.
The best food, all you can eat buffets, malls, street life for street photography, dynamic economic development, gym, services, attitude, and price leverage for foreigners.
-
DISREGARD THE LAWS OF PHYSICS, OBEY THE LAWS OF BIOLOGY
Extreme exertion, extreme rest and recovery.
Disregard gravity — defy it!
Metaphysics and bytes over atoms!
-
I HATE RICOH GR
But it’s the least bad camera which exists.
-
HUMAN FORM.
You can use your arms to do the Lamborghini scissor doors motion, or the gull wings motion!
Also the best architecture mimics the human form.
-
MEDIA OF THE FUTURE
Longer, more in-depth, detailed, deep, profound, insightful, philosophical, video and blog.
-
Don’t use old analogies
For example, the most backwards thing: inventing a keyboard and trackpad for the iPad.
-
Disgraceful behavior
When I see fathers just playing video games on their phone, when their kid tries to get their attention.
-
ASIAN-AMERICANS WILL RULE THE FUTURE
Consider China-America, Korea and America, etc.
-
THE HUMAN BODY IS ALL THAT MATTERS.
All I care for is sleep, meat, weights, the environment, the sun, fresh air.
-
A PRODUCTIVE PHOTOGRAPHIC LIFE
Better gauge of our life and existence instead of having a “happy†life.
-
I LOVE MY BODY!
The best position to be in:
Not desiring to trade your body for any other body on planet Earth.
The great thing — through meat, intermittent fasting, and weight training, your body can become anything!
-
MIDDLE-TIER IS BORING.
Either high end, or cheap.
-
EVER HIGHER
Never stop pushing the limits upwards!
Who is the king of the road? His car whoever is highest off the ground. Note the new Cadillac cars, which keep getting higher and higher.
-
Every day a little bit different
The best way to live life.
-
Once you become rich, then what?
Everybody desires to become rich, but once one is actually rich, one has no idea what to do besides continue to accumulate more money and capital.
Nobody who is rich will actually called themselves rich. Instead, they will consider themselves as “comfortable“. Never rich. Rather, they will lament about how other people are so much richer than they are.
-
Do intentions matter, *should* intentions matter?
Perhaps cause-and-effect is more important. For example, even though you did not intend to blow up the world, you might have done it on accident. But what is significant is that you blew up the world, not your intention.
-
“EQUITY†IS HYPE
Whenever a company advertises notions of “equityâ€, know that it is a sham.
-
Understated is better
The really high-end stuff, for example, the Rolls-Royces actually look quite understated.
-
Why do we want others to become us?
Or why do we desire for women to become men, and men to become women?
What both sexes don’t understand; both are different, and this is the source of our strength. And it isn’t men versus women, women versus men; it is about humanity.
The Western notion of individuality is what causes this strife. Each individual sees themselves as the epicenter, and the source of all intelligence. Therefore this irrational attempt to make one the other.
-
Become frightening
Note, the Hakka. It frightens the opponents of the all blacks rugby Maori team.
-
Why aren’t there any Chinese luxury brands?
Also, high-end electric car companies like Faraday Future and Karma pretend to be American.
-
CREATE A NEW CODE OF ETHICS FOR YOURSELF
Become the most extreme.
-
Ferrari is For Old Boring People
For example, Richard Mille would be a lot more intelligent if they partnered with Lamborghini instead.
People prefer the Raging Bull, not the Prancing Horse.

The best additional apps are blockers
Advertisements and content, widget, and comment blockers. Social media blockers. Tracking blockers. Pop up blockers. Effectively distraction blockers.

NEW LEVEL.
I’m on a new level!

Just eat at the week level Â
You miss a few meals here and there, or some meals you undereat, etc — not a big deal (in terms of thinking about your muscular gains). Just think and eat at the week level! If you undereat one day and overeat the next, no problemo!

MARGIN
Margins, play the margins.
Bigger or smaller margins? It seems that bigger margins are better.
