Once a week — one rep max attempt for deadlift, squat, floor bench press.

Perhaps better just once a week, for a 2 hour session than everyday for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Better way to maximize and leverage your time!

Also after one rep max deadlift attempt, your adrenaline and testosterone should be very high— then utilize that hyper energy towards all your other lifts!
