Food Density

The goal isn’t to eat more, but, eat more nutritious, higher density food. My theory is food with higher cholesterol, and higher saturated fat is better. Or perhaps this is why organ meat is superior than flesh meat, beef liver as having one of the highest cholesterol levels, which is essentially a steroid and testosterone booster (cholesterol is a steroid).

With eggs, pasture raised eggs, eggs with deeper amber yolks, as having higher nutritional density.

Also with meat, grass fed beef as having a higher nutritional density and quality than standard beef.
