A thought: focus on growth. Avoid the middle, mediocre and slowly drying. As Steve Jobs would often quote Bob Dylan: you’re either growing, or slowly dying.

Invest in technologies, or real estate which is focused on growth. Avoid things which goes sideways, or are at a standstill, or no longer supported. We all know what technology, if it is no longer being updated it is either dead or slowly dying.

This is what I realize what certain cities or neighborhoods, you can tell whether it is growing, or slowly dying. Neighborhoods which are growing have new developments, Ganic markets, and new constructions.

For example, the reason why I love Vietnam so much is to see the rapid development and growth of the city. Also the same thing with Mexico City, I can see the overall wealth of the city and its citizens as slowly growing. The rich in nicer Buger areas are getting nicer, more people have iPhones, and more people have Yeezy sneakers.
