WHY I LOVE AIRPORTS

Airports are a fascinating place to me. Why? Because airports are a non-space. A liminal zone between departure and arrival. Almost like a place where time stops.

I love the busyness, the massive influx intensity of people, and even going to the airport newsstand to catch up on world affairs.

And this is a funny thought: what if you lived your life in the airport, and you didn’t need money possessions or things? How could one live a happy life if they were confined in the airport? Kind of like that one movie they made in the 90s.
