Mental pain and suffering?

Dissatisfied?

Channel that to innovate — dissatisfaction as the ultimate stimulus to entrepreneurial ventures.

No motivation?

Perhaps our lack of motivation is the motivator. The pain we feel with not moving is the motivator which gets our muscles and legs in motion.
