PASSION.

Life is too short for you to not follow your passion.

If there is anything that COVID-19 has taught me it is this: when you can no longer go out and even use your money, then what? I think the end is just pursuing your passion, which is probably a combination of art photography design philosophy and things visual.

You don’t need to motivate yourself

This is also some thing I realized why it is a good idea to follow your passion: you don’t need to motivate yourself. That is, I never whip myself in the back to motivate myself to do things I’m passionate about. Rather, I use my inner willpower and simply do what I’m interested in.

For example, I never force myself to blog. Rather because blogging is my passion, it is something I must do. It is effortless. When I wake up in the morning I’m excited to pound a few espresso‘s and start blogging and writing out and sharing my thoughts.

The same goes with photography. I don’t force myself to photograph, rather it seems that the best idea is to not self censor yourself. Because almost everything interests me photographically. And the disease of the expert is this: we start to see things as clichés and start to see limitations, because you think that they’ve been done before. But perhaps it is better for us to embrace the mind of a child, they just does things for fun and things for his or her own curiosity.
