Another funny bias I learned about society: what society and people typically say is good for you is typically bad for you, and what people say is bad for you is often very good for you.
For example, people say that meat, unsaturated fatty red meat and beef and steak is bad for you, but it is insanely good for you. The more meat you eat, the more fatty it is, and the more saturated fat it has, like steak, it will increase your testosterone. What is creatine anyways? Creatine means flesh. The more flesh you consume the stronger and more muscular you will become.
People say that reading is good for you, but too much reading is bad for you.
Also films — I’ve found the most interesting and best films tend to have the lowest ratings (IMDB, rotten tomatoes).
