BOLDER IS BETTER.

When in doubt, opt for bold. To be lukewarm or tepid is boring. Don’t filter your thoughts — go for extreme bold.

What does it mean to become bolder?

What does it mean to become bolder? I say, allowing yourself to become more extreme with your opinions, saying what you really think, and talking about anything which is on your mind.

Be loud.

It seems that the etymology of the word bold comes from the Proto Indo European word “bel”, which literally means to bark, swell, be loud. Or to be shiny, to stand out.

We are socialized to be quiet and submissive.

Why do adults and parents hate the most? That is a bold, audacious, loud, curious, and non-rule following child.

And so what happens once we become adults? We become like castrated dogs. No longer knowing how to bark or be loud watch play Chase. Instead, to be quiet, submissive, and eat our dog bowl full of kibble when given.

Better to be bold and fail, then to seek subtle iteration, and succeed.

Life is too short to be basic. I say, best to become insanely bold audacious and fail in a great inferno of flames, then to be average and mediocre and succeed.
