A noble and interesting life goal: master your metabolism. Uber-high and uber-hyper energy and vigor throughout the day to write, think, walk, workout and make art!

How to do it

  1. Intermittent fasting: No breakfast or lunch, just one massive dinner at night once the sun goes down. No coffee, caffeine, stimulants or “work” after dinner. Massive meal with tons of meat and bitter veggies. Deep sleep.
  2. During the day, lots of walking, standing, and sun exposure. Lots of working out. Black coffee and water to keep you stimulated.
  3. No sugar, starches, carbs, etc. Only meat and bitter greens and fermented foods.
