The Philosophy of Working Out

Why work out?

Working out is fun!

To workout for fun… not some sort of moralistic duty.

To meet new people

The social aspect is very important.

There ain’t no right way (or wrong way) to work out

Do movements which are fun, exciting and interesting to you.

Practice new moves … kind of like a cool breakdancing move or skateboarding move.


For physical and mental sanity

Flesh is good. Working out is fun, interesting and challenging. Some people like to play an instrument. I like to play my body.

Just do it all!

Kind of in the spirit of CrossFit (without doing CrossFit). The gist:

Do it all!

Powerlifting, olympic lifting, yoga, body weight exercises, calisthenics, weights, whatever. Do it all.
