My Secrets to Happiness

I believe happiness as a physiological phenomenon. Some thoughts:

What is happiness?

To me, happiness is physiological well-being, a sense of ‘power overwhelming’ with your body. For example, to feel extreme strength in your legs, voice, and body. Strong forearms. Strong legs. Great delight in movement, dance, and levity. Light feet.

How to become happy

Focus and theorize on your human physiology. Think to yourself:

If we think of the human being as a biological animal and beast.. what are the prime conditions for a beast-man to thrive?
