How can the human body go from lifting only 135 pounds to 455? The anti fragility of the body. Every time you lift something very heavy, your muscles have “micro trauma”, and it is that micro trauma which stimulates human growth hormones. Theory — micro traumatic harm for mental things is also good for mental strengthening and growth?

Why I love harm

When I am harmed, it actually strengthens me. For example all the haters and trolls are good, they hardened me. Gave me a thicker skin.
