EXPOSURE IS GOOD. A life with zero exposure is bad.
What do I mean by ‘exposure’?

Let us consider a life DEVOID of any external exposure is bad. We NEED the exposure to become stronger. For example:
- Sun exposure
- Weather and cold exposure
- Exposure to pathogens, allergens, small doses of germs, etc.
- Exposure to difficulty in life and stress.
The dosage is the poison.
We need SOME levels of exposure to become stronger. For example, if you lifted a 1,000 pound rock this would probably be bad for you (it would destroy your body). But lifting a 100 pound rock (100 times) might be good for your body to become stronger!
Don’t stay indoors all day.
If possible, don’t become a shut-in. If you’re legally allowed to leave your home — do so!
