What I Eat

What I eat in my diet:

Lots of meat

My theory:

To maximize muscular growth, maximize your consumption of fatty meats.

Why? My theory is that the more cholesterol and saturated fats you eat, the more your body produces testosterone, and human growth hormones.

Bitter greens

Alongside eating a ton of meat, I really like bitter greens. Kale and collard greens are my favorites.

Why bitter greens? My theory:

Bitter greens help you digest and process heavy meats.

What about vegetables?

I don’t like the term ‘vegetable’, because it isn’t specific enough. For example, a lot of people consider a sweet potato a “vegetable”, they consider kale as a “vegetable”, but these two are not remotely similar from an atomic perspective.
