To thrive, create like a child:
Every child is a genius
What is a genius? Initially in the latin, a genius wasn’t seen as a human being. A genius was a deity or a guardian spirit of a person, place, etc.
Later the notion of ‘genius’ became an individual who was somehow born with some “Demi-god” abilities.
It seems in the 80s and 90s, the notion of a ‘genius’ was quite popular. Nowadays the notion has faded.
My thought is this:
Every child (uninhibited action, thinking, playing) is a genius.
The problem is as they get older, they get their inner-genius beaten out of them.
Thus in order for us to tap back into our inner-genius, perhaps the goal is to tap back into our inner-child.
Become a child!
