Why I Love Walking

A life without having the ability to walk isn’t a life worth living:

What are humans for?

We are designed and engineered to walk, stand erect, and move LONG DISTANCES. We are engineered to sprint (in short bursts), and walk in LONG and low-intensity (leisurely) ways. Humans aren’t designed to “jog” or “run”. Let us trust the sentiment by Nietzsche:

Trust no thought that doesn’t come to you while walking!

Or in other words:

Only trust the thoughts that come to you while walking.
