Epic attempts are more interesting than how much you can ultimately lift or do.

This is a big idea because in life, perhaps we should focus more on the epic attempt than worry too much about the result.

It is all about courage!

Ultimately it is all about courage. How much courage you exert in life. 

Also, how great your goal is.

Failure isn’t bad in itself. If you fail a lot, it is a sign that you’re pushing yourself to the max. Thus perhaps we should think about failure differently:

If you are succeeding too often, it means you’re not maxing out or trying epic enough attempts.

Push yourself to the max.

Your goal is the ultimate self development of yourself. Strive to max yourself out and realize you’re not competing with anyone else but your (past) self.
