The perfect conditions of existence is the optimal circumstances you need to maximize your artistic and philosophical output.

1. Coffee on tap
2. Water on tap
3. Insanely fast WiFi
4. Minimum of responsibilities — more mental focus on my own work.
5. Ability to walk everywhere
6. Minimalist apartment — minimum amount of work needed to clean and maintain it.
7. Meat on tap (crock pot meat).
