Food is real. Meat is real. Coffee and water is real. Getting a massage is real. Lifting weights is real. Sleep is real.
Money isn’t real. Fame isn’t real. Success isn’t real.
Avoid what you consider empty and insignificant
You dictate your own morals, ethics and values in life.
Avoid what you consider is ‘false’ — do what feels real, significant, meaningful, and legitimate to yourself!
