We at HAPTIC INDUSTRIES sought to make SAIGON SATCHEL the ultimate camera bag for street photographers and travelling photographers.

First of all, the bag needed to be small, subtle, yet strong. It looks great both on men and women.

SAIGON SATCHEL is also beautiful. We made a luxurious red velvet interior, to hold your precious camera.

SAIGON SATCHEL is also innovative. We integrated a unique fold down tongue, which adapts to your camera and travel setup.
SAIGON SATCHEL is also unique, and one of a kind — only 18 in existence.
Everyone has the same camera bag — why fit in, when you were born to stand out?
To be frank, I think SAIGON SATCHEL just looks plain sexy. I love the way it holds my RICOH GR II, or even my film Leica. I trust my life on it.

Bold black — with elegant golden stitching on the side. Nice details, to stand out, without being too in your face.

All these other camera bags are made in anonymous factories, with unknown workers.
For us, we partnered up with Khai, our friend and master leather maker in Saigon. He made each bag with love and care, and attention to detail.

The love of the artisan is imbued in SAIGON SATCHEL. And it is evident. Every buckle, piece of leather, is carefully chosen, and integrated into the product.

Also, I personally prototyped SAIGON SATCHEL and used it for about half a year, before determining it was perfect for myself — before selling it to you.
Become the most empowered photographer

Ultimately, I want SAIGON SATCHEL to be your new best friend for your future street photography and travel adventures. If SAIGON SATCHEL is able to encourage you to make more photos and be more adventurous, I will be super happy.
We made it small, for you to always take it with you everywhere. It also fits with our “small is beautiful” aesthetic.

We made SAIGON SATCHEL handmade, so it will wear with beautiful patina over your journeys. The traces of your personal memories will wear into the artisanal leather. The ultimate zen aesthetic of WABI SABI.
