Now that Cindy and I are back in LA for a few weeks (and close to our HAPTIC INDUSTRIES inventory), we are super pumped and excited to announce that our brand new product, the Henri Shoulder Strap is now available on Amazon in the limited-edition colors (CREMA BROWN + PHANTOM BLACK).

I’ve pretty much shot and used all the camera straps in the world for street photography. I always wondered to myself, “If I could create a perfect camera strap for myself, what would it look like?”

Then for around two years, Cindy and I closely collaborated with our friend Lan in Saigon (she’s also a part-time actress, model, and singer), in making the most beautiful, functional, and aesthetically elegant camera strap for street photographers. And of course, I wanted the ideal strap for myself.

Since then, we have released many different variations of our straps, from Neck Straps to Wrist Straps, which are optimized for Leica/Fuji/Mirrorless cameras as well as the ERIC KIM STRAPS for the RICOH GR II (it has a special loop mount).

Anyways, I’ve been more productive as a street photographer with the new Henri Shoulder Strap: the best version of the Henri series ever. We listened to your feedback and extended the shoulder pad, we made the strap longer (to be worn across your body or on your shoulder), and also made it two of the most beautiful colors (CREMA BROWN and Phantom Black).

Ultimately, it is just a camera strap. Buying a new camera strap won’t make you a better photographer. However, I genuinely believe that because the Henri Shoulder Strap is so beautiful, comfortable, and functional (it can add to your fashionable aesthetic), it will encourage you to carry your camera with you everywhere you go, and thus you will actually end up shooting more! And hopefully, shoot more epic street photos and also be bolder in your street photography!

Phantom Black or Crema Brown?

The toughest choice will be deciding which color to get. Of course, you can buy both (if you own more than one camera).

If you prefer the “all black everything” stealth look, get the Phantom Black. If your strap is black, and your camera is black, you will be less noticed when shooting street photography.

If you want a camera strap that will look great on Instagram (#cameraporn) get the Crema Brown.
