    WORKOUT POV PORN:

  • LIFE FLEX THOUGHTS

    Vlog

    PODCAST

  • Iconic Design is Boring

    Leica M11 is boring.

  • POCKETABLE CAMERA

It must fit in my front right pocket.

  • Creative Arts

  • How to Become Stronger

    Lift like EK:

  • TIGHTEN THE FEEDBACK LOOP.

  • Create a Strongman Gym?

I have yet discovered a gym which is well-suited for strongman start lifting; yoke walk, yoke lift, atlas lift, floor bench press, farmers walk, etc. This is true “functional fitness”.

  • How do you know who your ideal target audience is, your target demographic? ERIC KIM entrepreneurship

    Create for yourself.

Create the things, the structures, or the stuff you desire to see manifested in the real world.

For example, I am so insanely dissatisfied with everything, and I always am hungry to learn more, become more, etc. Therefore, my relentless quest is trying to figure out things which work well for me, and then later, sharing those findings with others.

  • What does it mean to “know your audience“?

  • JUST DO IT ALL.

  • Physiology and Productivity

In order to become more productive, improve your physiology.

  • WHAT IS IT THAT I *REALLY* WANT TO DO?

  • Acknowledge

  • THE ERIC KIM SCHOOL OF LIFTING

  • Divine Dissatisfaction

For me, my primum mobile is divine dissatisfaction.

    IT IS IN THE LEGS:

    GO BIG OR GO HOME:

  • HOW TO ONE REP MAX RACK PULL WITH YOUR LEGS

Think of it almost like a standing hip thrust.

  • HOW TO LIFT OVER 9 PLATES ON THE SQUAT RACK // ERIC KIM HYPELIFTING POWERLIFTING 2.0

    THIS IS THE WAY:

  • Why Do the Atlas Lift?

  • Philosophy Workshops

Perhaps the future is philosophy, and also philosophy workshops. Why? It seems that the greatest absence we currently have in life right now, is the desire to find direction, meaning and purpose and motivation in our lives.

  • Superfluous Power

This is the critical factor onto great innovation.

    Also maybe, great boredom?

The upside of boredom is that with boredom, it is one of the strongest motivators to change things up, and innovate.

  • YOUR SECOND COMING.

Transform your self into a version 2.0 of yourself. Or like John Wick, a chapter 4 for yourself.

  • What do I want to start?

  • Electric versus gas cars

The big downside of electric cars is range anxiety, and the inconvenience of trying to find a place to charge your car. However, at least the upside of electric cars is that in the long run, you need to concern yourself less with random things breaking in the engine, whether it be the pistons, changing the oil and transmission fluids, Anything to do with the transmission, which is a lot, as well as random pulleys, shafts and other assortments.

Therefore, perhaps getting a Tesla, in terms of longevity is actually superior. Nothing will really “break“, and you no longer require any mechanics.

Also, the big upside is that with people who know nothing about cars, always the fear of being ripped off by a mechanic, especially if you are a woman. At least with electric cars, the only issues will probably have to do with the longevity of the battery. Besides that, everything else will probably be fine.

  • Your biggest fans are also your biggest critics.

Conversely, your biggest critics, are also your biggest fans?

Fandom and criticism; the sword cuts both ways.

Lesson: Take all positive and negative criticism, as well as fandom with a grain of salt.

  • Don’t “explain” anything to me.

  • Why do people care for “form“ so much?

Perhaps a petty way to feel superior?

  • Big Money, Small Money?

  • Only iPhone Pro everything?

  • It is not good to be big and fat.

  • The Focusing Illusion

The cognitive bias that we think everyone is always looking at us, but truth is, nobody is.

  • What is invention?

  • What do you do when you no longer have any life goals or dreams?

When now, life is all upside, no downside?

  • Why Exercise?

Asking why exercise is like asking, “why live“?

In order to live, you must exercise. Or, maybe it is best to think that life itself is exercise.

Exercise means to “ward off”? To keep away. *Herk– to ward off, guard.

  • What do you lift for?

  • Just be whatever you want to be.

  • ALL BLACK EVERYTHING IS GOOD FOR STEALTH.

  • Flex Thoughts VLOG

    What’s on my mind:

  • Why I care for innovation so much.

  • Why do I think so highly of myself?

  • Perhaps I am the immoral one

  • You Gotta keep innovating

  • Extreme dissatisfaction is a virtue

Perhaps it is my extreme annoyance, and dissatisfaction with everything which is actually my superpower.

  • The only things I ever regret in life is when I just distrust my intuition, or simply do things to please others.

    Never yield.

  • Kids have infinite willpower

  • Everything pisses me off, but that is OK?

  • If you were Elon Musk, what would you do, what would you *NOT* do?

  • No Web 3.0

Simple heuristic; do not trust anything which proports anything related to “Web 3.0”. Web 3.0 is not real.

In fact, there is no more “web”. We are currently in something totally different right now.

  • All or Nothing

  • Never Bend

  • YOU MUST KEEP INNOVATING!

  • Wine makes you fat

Anyone who is too much into wine, this is strange.

  • Flex Thoughts

  • Your kid will just be into what you are into.

Typically speaking, the kids just end up being like the parents.

  • It is OK to do dangerous things.

  • I hunger for more power

  • The Mega Will

  • Great Task?

  • Leica M11?

  • One Man, One Son

    Perhaps I am sexist.

For myself, one of the greatest blessings that I have been passed out with is that my first child was a son. Certainly I would be 100% happy having a girl, actually, when Seneca were still in utero we thought he was a girl.

  • Life Thoughts

Some random thoughts on my mind —

    1. One woman shouldn’t have to give birth to more than one child? Especially if your first kid is a male heir. Therefore, if your first kid is a boy, or a man, consider yourself insanely lucky and blessed, and just stop?
      • In America, the golden standard is to have 2.2 kids, a dog, a house, a white picket fence, and 2.3 cars.
      • Interestingly enough, when China had the one child policy, it seems that 90% of their population skewed towards just having one boy. Unfortunately it seems that this policy caused a lot of Chinese in mainland Chinese to abort babies, when they saw it was female.
      • What does ancient Greek literature tell us? Well, Hector seem to have his queen, and one son, the heir. Achilles had no wife, no children, but instead chose immortal fame.
    2. Flexibility: isn’t it funny that when it comes to flexibility, it is seen as this strange acrobatic effeminate thing? Yet flexing your muscles is seen as a good, masculine thing? Let us consider that the word flex and flexible is the same word. And the word flex simply means “to bend“. Philosophically speaking, when is flexibility good, and when is it bad?
  • Will it improve your physical strength and body or not?

  • Wise vs Foolish Danger

  • Physical Challenges

  • Great Tasks

  • 9 PLATES, 2.5 EACH SIDE ATLAS LIFT SQUAT HOLD ERIC KIM HYPELIFTING 860 POUNDS INSANELY EPIC
