Example at the gym today, I just did nine plates and a ten on each side, maxing out the bar for my atlas lift.
Even if you wanted to not pay attention, you cannot help but be curious.

I don’t hate anybody, because nobody is a match for me.
Why is it considered bad to want to be the center of attention?
Note Elon Musk, Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos.
Start off by just showering at the gym, dry yourself off with the towel and when you’re in the locker room, just walk around naked. Don’t cover up. The true way to become more masculine.
Another idea for a camera app: a camera app optimized for body builders? Also for powerlifters, strongmen etc.
A concept for a camera in which whenever you open it up, and by default, the flash is always on, whether it be selfie or front facing mode. Also, always set to high contrast black and white mode.
For iPhone.
This is the best way to go from 0 to 1. Peter Thiel thoughts.
In praise of just buying a $20 day pass at the gym.
Also, assuming a book costs around $20, if a $20 book gives birth to at least one interesting idea within you, it was worth it.
For example, my initial goal was to dominate street photography . Now that I have done did it, my next ambitious goal is to dominate the world of fitness, weight lifting, etc.
What is the truly royal calling of philosophers? To create new ideals.
My theory towards clothing and fashion:
The best approach is trying to optimize things in order to wear the least amount of clothing, to reduce your clothes, your wardrobe, etc.
The funny way that fashion currently operates in today’s world is the opposite;
You go shopping in order to add more clothes to your wardrobe, to buy more clothes, to buy new articles of clothing.
For men, the ideal shirt is no shirt. Topless, just walk around topless is best. As long as you’re not breaking any sort of law or rules.
Assuming you have to go to a Whole Foods, or some store, they may be just wearing some sort of crop top, tank top, sleeveless shirt, sports bra is the best.
For a $35,000 car … you can feed yourself $3,000 worth of meat, or gym visits a month for a whole year! A trillion times better for your “happinessâ€.
Best deal:
Get a free old car from your mom, just do some basic maintenance and cosmetic stuff, and drive that beater hard … and use all that other money to transforming yourself and body into a demigod.
Everybody already knew that Achilles was by far the most powerful, fearsome, indomitable fighter.
Our concern —
What does it mean to be a “real man
Just re-tested a new Tesla model 3, base model, some thoughts:
First of all, the turn signal. I really do not like the turn signal stock. It is too heavy, oddly placed, and requires too much force to activate up or down to turn left or right.
Secondly, the proportions inside the cabin. While I do like the panoramic glass roof, the car actually feels pretty cramped.
Third, the steering wheel. I don’t like the way it feels. It feels pretty cheap. Like some sort of synthetic fake “vegan“ leather?
Fourth, the driving experience, it is just not enjoyable. I feel that pushing the pedal to accelerate requires too much force, and when you release the gas pedal, the way that it automatically breaks and slows down and feels unnatural.
Fifth, the stuff inside the cabin, like that little button to open the door, or even the buttons to roll up and down the windows feel cheap and plasticky.
The physical is supreme:
Linen… armor? Linothorax.

Exercise is critical. My personal thought is without exercise, there is really no point to living.
For many individuals, it seems that it is hard for people to “motivate themselves“ to exercise. However, what is the philosophy here?
My first thought and intervention is that in modern day life, to devote yourself to much to the body, or your body is considered a vice, a “waste of timeâ€, or a “bad thingâ€.
Truth be told, exercise, and to exercise is a luxury. However, rather than thinking of it in a bad way, we should pride ourselves in it. That is, don’t you want to have pride in yourself, that you yourself is a luxury, and the things that you do are a luxury?
Another “immoral†thought of mine:
All men have the hunger to dominate.
However, in modern day life in modern-day times, this is no longer permitted.
Or as I do?

The best way to approach life?
I believe RICOH GR III in manual focus mode, pre-focused at .3 meters:

One of the virtues of “machine gunning†your photos, and shooting a lot of manual focus mode, pre-focused, is that you make a lot of unexpected photos, which actually end up delighting you.

In other words, it is a virtue to “change your mind“, and to evolve your thinking.
