Why? When you invest in production, and you actually produce things, you create new value. Real investment seems to be more like land squatting.
This is where investing in stocks seems a bit superficial; you don’t really create any new value, you just simply try to capitalize on other peoples futures.
It don’t matter where you are, or what country you are in, people are all the same. The only thing which differs is cultural customs.

Women focus on beauty, fashion, being seen. Seems much more authentic.
Men strive towards more wealth, power, influence, control.
Cafe culture is great — very leisurely, luxury, relaxed! Also great unhurried restaurant cafe coffee shop culture. A superior lifestyle and mode of living.
Downsides — pollution. Also Vietnam being a bubble… not the same reach and influence as America or the States.
