My critique of yoga; too many people who teach it, and abide by it are what I called “yoga Nazisâ€.
Essentially it looks like a lot of people who teach yoga, or who are self-professed “yogis“, have nothing really better going on for themselves. Therefore they start their own mild form of tyranny on you through “mindfulness“, and “proper formâ€.
No more yoga. Certainly no more classes!
Why are there so many “form Nazis“? Because they see exercise as a form of virtue; this cannot be further from the truth.

Photos are robust.
The upside of keeping your distance from people; less likely to be infected by them. Keeping your distance from them and avoiding interaction with them or not even occupying the same space as them is not a form of shining or being negative or even punishment; it is biological. Just stay away.
Alternative; just use a really strong fan instead.
The more I think about it, in the more experience, laptops are really bad. Avoid them like the plague.

There is no such thing as a ‘correct’ way to brew ‘good’ coffee– but a simple strategy:
Get a ‘clever’ dripper (on Amazon), just put in a cone filter, put in ground beans (however much you want, depending on how strong or weak you want it), ‘bloom’ it with hot water (cover it with hot water), let it sit for a few minutes, then add more hot water to the top, wait a few minutes, then extract it into a cup!
Probably the most straight-forward way to brew good coffee.
Black looks more luxury. At least for Lexus cars, a black Lexus looks much more luxury than a white Lexus.
I have often been commented as being “antsyâ€, but perhaps this is a good thing. Why? My penchant to move is what drives me.
My critique of traditional Silicon Valley thinking is that with enough “willpowerâ€, and “force of willâ€, one can simply be trapped inside an enclosed space and somehow be “productiveâ€. I think this is false. One must be out, and in the direct elements in order to be productive.
A very simple thought: in order to become more productive, one must spend the least amount of possible time indoors. One must maximize your time in the direct sun, in the direct elements, topless etc.
Also, I see a great future ahead of us in terms of productivity, in terms of doing work when you’re out and about, at the local coffee shop, Wi-Fi, iPad Pro, even iPhone. The more I think about it, having a laptop is bad; Any sort of device which promotes sitting and being stationary is bad.
